• Location.
• Maids stealing from my room.

“Well I had my personal stuff stolen out of room. That's right I am not kidding either be very careful with personal property that has value. I would give it a better overall rating but I have to go with the lowest because I really cant stand the fact that the maids stole from me. A maid stealing from rooms that supersedes and ruined any positive mark I could give for anything else. Its a reflection on super 8 motel as a whole. I would never stay here again period and I cant recommend it knowing the maid stole from me.”

• Breakfast is always good ! Smoking rooms available. Good location.
• No kind of laundry room for guests, no iron in hotel room.

“The Super 8 Liverpool was good enough for me.
A single guy visiting a new city. I pretty much got what I expected though overall. Good stay for me.”

• Beds, continental breakfast options.

“Very minimal services; room was as expected and functional; appeared clean; lobby and common area was small; continental breakfast was heavy with mediocre pastry (dined outside the hotel). Location good, close to interstates; and not far from Downtown Syracuse (5 minutes).”

• The tub had mold around the fixtures.

• Nice clean room at a great price.

“This hotel exceeds all other hotels at similar costs. It was clean, the bed was great and the room had a micro-wave and small ref for longer stays. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.”
