• Friendly staff, comfortable beds/room, very nice for age.
• The coffee is too far away, should provide in room coffee pot.

“I was expecting much worse after reading some other comments. I read them after the reservations were made, however, and could only hope I would get a sensible answer when I called the hotel. After being told I could not choose a room (our last request for non smoking/king at another location was a farce). I was assured there was a renovation going on at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised! The room was neat and clean, all employees worked and spoke with a smile and an air of professionalism! I'm really big on good food/service. Hint: go somewhere else...may be across the street (you'll know what I mean).”

• not what I expected to be no coffee pot in room no frige and no newpaper as the ad said.

“I just came back from staying in this hotel and I was please with it. The ad says radio in room there was no radio clock in room. The ice machine was down on our floor and we had to go way to the third floor to get ice. I thought that I read there was a fridge in room and there weren't any and was told that none of the room had frige in them. The toilet had a piece of wood hold it up or level. I thought for the money we paid for the room it was not worth it. Oh another thing the house cleaner started at the door at 8:30 and check out time wasn't til noon. ”
