“It was perfect to stay. The staff was friendly and they have a good breakfast. The pool was enjoyable. I do recommend that others do stay at the hotel.”

“We arrived late because of 3.5 hours of traffic backups on I-64 & the Hampton Roads tunnel. Asked for late checkout next day, were told it was not possible, checkout was at 11, were given our room key, had to enter through an alleyway that smelled, go up one floor, got to the room, it was not the room we reserved & paid for, (we had a room reserved with a king bed, refrigerator & mocrowave but instead got a room with 2 single beds, no fridge or microwave), staff would not give us the correct room or even offer a discount. We asked for the manager but no one ever came. Never saw anyone else. We left the hotel & drove around for 4 more hours until we found a Quality Inn that had a vacancy with a king bed, full size fridge, microwave, double sink & electric stove in a small kitchen with cabinets & table & chairs, wireless internet w/ computer desk & chair, sleep sofa, closer to the beach, on ground floor & for less money. Also, we were allowed a late checkout at 1 PM the next day. We will stay at the Quality Inn next time.”

“ This hotel was right off the highway and within walking distance to both a Denny's and a Ruby Tuesdays. The management was excellent (I was given a free movie because of a slight inconvenience which was quickly remedied) and the room was spotless. ”

“The room was appropriate for the star rating. The double beds were too small for my personal taste. I question the safety of the area and wish that this information could have been passed along to me. While we were there a member of our family had a van stolen out of the hotel parking lot. This was not only devastating, but time consuming as well. The particular van had car seats for three small children in it at the time and we had to rush out to purchase replacements. This also made us feel very unsafe, especially when traveling with small children and infants. We were only there for the weekend to celebrate the homecoming of our brother from Iraq. We drove and flew all the way from Alabama and were unable to fully enjoy our time with our brother.”

“The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were about what I expected for what I paid. We had to switch rooms three times as our keys didn't work in the first two, but the maintenance guy was quick and efficient in moving us into a room with a working door.”

“I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person. They didn't change our sheets, the tub was dirty and they gave us 2 wash clothes for 4 people and stated they didn't have any extras.”

“The hotel was conveniently located. The continental breakfast had a nice selection and the area was clean. The rooms were nice and clean as well. The hall ways do smell like smoke and with them allowing pets barking dogs are a little annoying.”

“Great Hotel it more than met my expectations; very friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel doesn't have an Airport Shuttle but the Denny's restaurant located about 40 feet from the hotel entrance made up for that. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the Virginia Beach area.”
