• Great location; excellent mattress and bedding and nice shower.
• Room was a bit older and had an off smell.

“This is a late-1970's hotel but in an excellent location. Close to Lake Onondaga and convenient to nearby shopping and restaurants. The rooms need some updating but overall the experience was acceptable.

• Restaurant, dining room staff, debris, construction, pillows, bathrooms, distance to room.

“Will not stay there again or recommend it to family and friends.”

• Proximity to airport.
• Staff unreliable and untruthful. Rooms dirty. Hotel runs down.

“Thumbs down. Hotel needs a facelift. Rooms dirty and w/o towels. Wash the glasses in room prior to use. Close proximity to airport. Airport shuttle unreliable. Hotel staff untruthful - repeatedly outright lied. Despite numerous calls, shuttle left my family and I stranded at airport at 2:00 am...”

• Staff in Niagara room was great.
• Rooms were worst ever-Smokey, smelled like cat pee, not clean.

“The worst holiday inn ever stayed in. Room smelled Smokey and like cat pee! Walls were crumbling, mold in bathroom. Had to get Lysol in order to stay in room, since sold out and couldn't move. Soft hole in floor that when you stepped on it, you thought you were going to fall in. No control of guests running halls and slamming doors in late/early hours of night/morning. Did not receive wake up call that I asked for, thank goodness for the slamming doors at 5 am that I was awake when I needed to be. Couldn't wait to check out. There room was just as bad. Very Smokey (mother in-law could not breath- has a lung condition). Floors 1-6 are in a semi- new type hotel, but 7-8 are the old style. Will never stay here again.”
