• Free breakfast, friendly staff, good sized room.
• Can hear some traffic. Nothing truly spectacular about decorations.

“I have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is near a main road (7th North street) but is located off a side road. Depending on where your room is you can hear some of the traffic from I90 which is right next door; however if your heater/AC is on it's not a problem. The staff has always been very nice when I've been here. The breakfast is a simple one, but it's also free so I wasn't expecting a huge buffet. Rooms a good size, clean, and usually quiet.”

• The rooms are a bit older and need some upgrade.

“Overall this was a good hotel. While the rooms were old and in need of upgrade, they did not lack in comfort or amenities. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly.”

• Very clean, spacious and well furnished.
• Large crack in the middle of bathroom floor.

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were excellent. Easy access to main roads. Lots of surrounding restaurants. We would definitely stay again.”

• Great recommendation for restaurant by front desk woman.
• Slow and spotty wireless Internet connection.

“Overall I wasn't expecting too much considering the location just off Interstate 90 but after our stay I can say it was above all expectations. Lady at the front desk provided an excellent restaurant recommendation that was a short drive (we actually walked). The room was quiet, despite the fact that the hotel seemed to be close to capacity (based on the number of cars in the parking lot). Complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent as well, with enough choices for everyone's tastes.”

• Front desk staff very friendly at checkin, close to airport.
• Early check out made it impossible to benefit from breakfast, breakfast staff was not friendly.

“We had an early flight so when I checked in the nice gentlemen told me that they usually have the cold breakfast items out early and to fell free to help ourselves to what was available. The next morning the breakfast staff seemed to be annoyed when we asked for a knife to put cream cheese on our toast. He committed that breakfast didn't start till 6. The hallways did smell of cigarette smoke.”

• Room was dirty and baby got covered in bites from room.

“Staff was not friendly, charged to have a crib in the room and there was no air conditioning in the common areas of the hotel which made the whole place very musty smelling.”

“We live in Ottawa, but often fly out of Syracuse. This is the perfect hotel in a great location for the airport for a one night stay. It's also not far from the Carousel centre which is nice.”

“They gave me a room with a King bed, but I needed 2 beds; front desk would not change although the hotel was virtually empty. Staff was quite uncooperative.”
