• Indoor pool had too much chlorine (burned your eyes).

• The rooms were great, quiet and clean. I loved the bed as well.
• Few TV. channel choices.

“I was looking for comfort and relaxation and that's what my husband and I got. The beds were so comfortable. I love Norfolk and I will stay at the hotel from now on. I needed to get my hair done at the last min and the staff was great at helping me to find a salon.”

• Hotel reasonably close to my business destination.
• Hotel location was off the main roadway, harder to find.

“I enjoyed my stay. The room and common spaces were clean and appeared "cared for" the indoor pool and exercise room was a plus. Free internet use via the business center's computers was convenient. The continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. ”

• It is close to the airport after long flight nice clean rooms.
• The swimming pool could have opened earlier in a.m.

“There was plenty of parking area the rooms were very clean food was ok for what it is late check in no problem also small frig in room was nice to have we enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again .”

• The Continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
• Trouble with the room key card because, they say, that our cell phones erased the code. Was unable to enter the room on our last morning there. Not.

“The king size bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Enjoyed the room extras like the WiFi, the iron/ironing board, plus mini-frig, and especially liked the coffee maker. The good parking spots were also appreciated.”

• Easy to locate from the Interstate, very nice employess, rooms were very clean, continental breakfast was wonderful.
• The carpet in our room need better repair (staples were exposed), had a slight hard time getting the correct number of towels.

“Overall we had a great stay, my girls loved getting up for breakfast they loved the variety. Employees were very pleasant. I think this is our new hotel to stay at when we are visiting relatives in the area.”

“This hotel is not really that close to the beach but the rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast bar was fantastic as well. Nice hotel.”
