• Easy to reach from one of the major freeways.

“Staff was friendly, high speed internet was easy to connect to. Room was more that spacious for one person. I thought the elevator was a bit slow.”

• Very Responsive to special requests.
• Jacuzzi was dirty and water had a film on it and moldy tint.

“This hotel was excellent. Double bed rooms were spacious and the beds were firm and supportive. Hotel staff was excellent and very friendly. Entire hotel was very clean and quiet.”

• Clerk at front desk was helpful, efficient, and friendly.
• The breakfast room service food was not good tasting.

“Good hotel. Excellent staff. Check in was easy and the clerk made sure I had a nice room. Asked for my wake-up call request before I even got to the room. He was discreet about my room number.”

• Very attractive hotel, friendly staff, nice pool.
• Room was a little small, no fridge, microwave. Bathroom was very small.

• The small fitness center was very nice! Best I've seen for that size.
• Some of the bathroom fixtures (towel racks & hooks) had holes in the wall around them.

“Hotel staff was extremely friendly. Lobby was very nice. Equipment in fitness center was top notch. Room was very clean and the bed linens appeared to be new. Carpet and bathroom fixtures looked a little worn, but overall impression was very good. Would definitely stay here again!”

• Clean and
  friendly, everything you would need for a business trip.
• The bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen in a major hotel.

“The hotel is easy to find, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and all amenities that you might need were in the room. The bathroom, while very stylish, was tiny and I am amazed that anyone could fit in there. Otherwise, a great hotel, would recommend it to anyone.”

• It was convenient to the airport. Beds were comfortable.
• Did not seem to meet the standards of the Hilton name. Neighborhood.

“Stayed on a Friday night to be near airport. Music/noise from lobby bar was heard/felt from second floor rooms. Did not appear to be in a very safe neighborhood.”

• The fitness center was awesome.
• The hot tub was broken. No frig or microwave in rooms.

“Although the lobby is kind of old and a bit musty, the rooms are up to date and comfortable. The fitness center is excellent with televisions for each machine. A small fridge and microwave in the rooms would be better.”

• Very easy to airport and roads good location.
• Cleaning crews remain in your way.

• I liked the fact that I could get a room on such short notice.
• I had my do not disturb sign out and they did anyway.

“I was celebrating my birthday and wanted to get out of my house to spoil myself. I went out for the evening and put the do not disturb sign on my door so I could sleep in. The next morning my door was knocked on. When I went down for breakfast, my room was not touched. But when I went back to relax, my door was knocked on again by the hotel staff to clean.”

• The bed was extremely comfortable.
• No laundry services or free local calls.

“The hotel itself was nice however, there is no laundry services, the pool was being repaired so we could not swim, we could not make free local calls and the lady that worked in the gift shop was really quite inappropriate. My husband said quite a few time that he did not feel that the hotel was 3 star. The front desk persons were very polite and the restaurant and bar looked very nice.”

• I have lots of experience with Hilton Hotels. This was not a good experience. Dirty pool, terrible facilities, not nice!
• Pool was terrible for vacationers, dirty and small. No whirlpool!

“This did not feel like a Hilton. I was truly disappointed with the room and the lack of amenities!”

• The overall stay.

“I believed that there would be a refrigerator in room. Which I require I am diabetic and travel with insulin, had to use cooler and ice my entire stay. I did call in advance to ensure I would have one. I was told by hotel staff that would be no problem I would have one upon my arrival. The building did not openly appear dirty. However it needed cleaning, carpets were stained, walls, windows and glass doors not cleaned. Hotel was supposed to be 3 star. I've stayed in 1 star hotels felt more comfortable and cared for as a customer. The room alarm clock kept losing time, the hotel staff brought 2 others they acted same way. One good thing was the hotel maids did good job cleaning and preparing room on a daily basis. Even to point of understand I am late sleeper and preferred my room cleaned after lunch or very late morning.”
