• The suite was spacious with great views and it was quiet.
• Wi fi Internet connection.

“I spent my 50th birthday at the Harbor Inn and it was WONDERFUL! The staff was wonderful and the accommodations were superior. We stayed in an admiral suite and it was a very romantic setting. The manager even sent a bottle of champagne to our room with a birthday card signed by everyone on the staff. We had such a wonderful weekend stay at the Harbor Inn. It was magical. I can't wait to go back.”

• The staff upgraded us to a suite, which had a view.
• The decor was really outdated and the price was too much for what we got.

“With the price of the hotel, I expected a nice room. But the room was very outdated. The walls were covered in wall paper that was painted over (a cheap and tacky way to update decor). The tiles in the bathroom were dirty. The plumbing was backwards (hot was cold, cold was hot). When we walked into our room, there was a man servicing the refrigerator (awkward). But the staff was friendly, since they turned us away because our room wasn't ready. They upgraded us to a suite, with a view. The view was gorgeous! We went to the spa, and although we had a good time, they completely overcharge on all services. Overall, I was disappointed because price is usually an indication of what the hotel will be like, but with what we purchased the hotel room for, it really was a waste of money.”

• Good location right on the water.
• Threadbare, run down, hardly a luxurious spa resort.

“Overall, my wife and I were very unimpressed. The location is good-right on the water but the hotel was generally threadbare and worn. The staff seemed nice enough but the glory days of this hotel, if there were any, have long since past. For the money, we would have expected nicer facilities (and we would not have expected the staff to mandate that we check out with a name and room number a simple towel for the pool).”
