• Location.
• Loud appliances.

“It was okay for a place to crash for the night, but not somewhere that I would stay if I were on vacation. The air conditioner/heater is extremely loud, the closed caption doesn't work on the televisions, and there is very poor ventilation in the room.”

“For the past several years I have been vacationing in the Frackville/Pottsville area and as far as comfort and value this is one of the best hotels in the area.”

• Clean and close to the prison.
• There was a leak in the ceiling by the bathroom.

“The staff was friendly. The room was clean. For the most part it was quiet. Good enough for an overnight.”

• We liked that this room had a night light. We did not need to leave a bright light on.
• Some of the wallpaper was peeling.

“We have stayed in three hotels this summer, and this one was the cleanest. The room was spacious and had a refrigerator and a microwave. It had a large TV, a hair dryer, and a night light When we checked in, we received an "outdoor adventure" packet which contained granola bars, mints, gum, and toothpaste. The beds were comfortable, and the phone could be used for a wake up call. We were only in the room eight hours, but it suited our needs.”
