• Not much.
• No frig or micro-wave, ice was a pain in the neck to get.

“The only thing good about this hotel is that it is close to St. Michaels. Over priced with no comfort items in the room such as a micro-wave or a fridge. I will not be back.”

• The golf shop pro.

“The golf pro and owner of the golf shop was very rude and unaccommodating. He was unwilling to bend at all when we asked to exchange an item. ”

• Rooms were nice, staff went above and beyond.
• No room service, not walk able from town.

“This was one of the best hotels that I have stayed at in a very long time. I travel frequently and I can't remember a hotel that combined great rooms, great location and excellent service so well. The rooms only paled in comparison to the view that you got from them, all waterfront rooms, all with balconies. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and the manager was friendly and joked around with me. The room was very clean and the only complaint was lack of room service. The food was good at the restaurant, but I felt dinner was much better than breakfast. A terrific experience, all in all. I plan on returning, and I urge you to try Harbourtwone if you are staying in the area.”
