• Beds were nice and soft. Internet.
• Too many kids running around, staff didn't tell parents to control them.

“It was a fairly nice hotel, good for what I paid, and I can't complain cause it was Memorial Day weekend and I booked 5 days in advance. Staff didn't ever tell parents to control obnoxious little kids running around and making scenes. Rooms were nice, bed was soft. The TV was very static.”

• The free Internet and the business center was very handy.
• The complimentary breakfast lacked variety and was bit over run.

“We enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn. It's right next to the I-64, so it's a bit noisy, but not too bad. The free Internet and business is really great. The breakfast lacks variety, but it's acceptable.”

“Received a smoking room without them asking preference, but was glad to get it because we arrived 2 hours before check in and they went ahead and gave us a room. we needed to shower and get to a function and we were thrilled they allowed to stay on our schedule.”

• I liked the helpful staff
• The carpet was too old and prone to a moldy scent

“The hotel was a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided was really decent. My only complaint was the old moldy scent of the carpet in the room which otherwise, was fine.”

• The staff was very helpful.
• It was a little further from the beach then we wanted.

“The hotel staff and other guest were very friendly. We went down for the beach but spent more time hanging out with guest at the pool. Even though it's further from the beach the location was great for entertainment. Malls, movie theaters and resturants were just across the street.”

• The hotel was very nice and convenient with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.hotel was clean.

“The hotel staff was great when we told them that we were expecting 2 double beds they had a fold-a-way bed in our room within 2 hours and at no charge(they did try to get us another room but told us they were booked up).The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was a little more than that.”

“The only problem we experienced was the clerk didn't hear when I asked for a non-smoking room. We didn't try to get it changed because it was so late and we were so tired. Other than that our experience was great. Clean rooms and the staff was helpful.”

• Best continental breakfast I have ever seen
• Signage off highway to locate, very small, easy to miss

“All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. The room was immaculately clean, and the staff was VERY personable. As for the continental breakfast, I have never seen one like it, including pancake batter to make your own pancakes, waffles and the typical breakfast items.”

• I really liked how friendly the hotel staff was.

“Fairfield Inn was great. From the front door to my room everything was great. The hotel is beautiful.The rooms are very clean. I checked-in in no time, all of my info from the internet was ready. Oh, I cannot forget the continental breakfast, it was awesome. The breakfast included: hot and cold cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, danish, and doughnuts. The breakfast was so convenient, because I was going to go out for breakfast. The overall stay at Fairfield on a scale of 1 to 10 is 20. ”
