• Friendless & helpfulness of staff at sign-in.
• Some confusion about location (probably my fault).

• Noise level between rooms.

“We have stayed here before and have always been pleased. This time we were next to a room that housed a bithday sleepover for several young people and the noise level in the halls and through the walls was amazing!”

• They put a refrigerator and microwave in my room at no charge.
• They needed a better selection of cable channels.

“Overall, this hotel provided everything you could reasonably expect and more. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and eager to help, and the grounds were well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.”

• The beds were very comfortable as well as the bedding.
• Did not receive clean coffee mugs on the second day, refrigerators are only in some rooms and not always available.

“Overall it was a good hotel, I would say it was average nothing special but no real problems or discrepancies. Breakfast is not continental and the cost was a little over the top. I would stay here again.”

• The person at the front desk was very friendly and provided excellent customer service.
• There was no refrigerator in the room, but all we had to do was to request one.

• Clean, great location, food and shopping nearby, rooms nicely laid out, friendly staff.
• Hot tub was Luke warm and a bit overpriced.

“Enjoyed my stay, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Stay was not what I had expected but there was no smoking, no pets and was accommodated with a family of 5. I would stay here again.”

• The fact that the hotel was clean.
• The staff did not clean the room on one of the days of my stay.

“The was nice and clean. The staff was friendly despite having skipped cleaning the room one day. The hotel is located in a good area where there is lots of shopping and restaurants, you can also get to the beaches in Virginia Beach in 20 minutes.”

“We checked in on a Thursday & checked out that Sunday. The service, staff, amenities & atmosphere were all A++++++++! I would certainly recommend this hotel to others. We have stayed at many other hotels of star rating & received the equivalent for free.”

• Bathroom was not very clean-bed was a little hard.

• Location and rate.
• There was an adjoining door and we hear child cry and adult sick/flushing toilet all night.

“Location was good and room was nice the only issue was there was a door for adjoining room and the people in that room had a child that cried all night and someone who was up sick all night and flushing the toilet. Very disruptive, there needs to be better insulation between rooms!”

• The location was perfect for almost everything that we had planned.
• There was no dining inside except breakfast and the small market really had little to choose from.

“The hotel overall was really Quaint, I just had kind of hoped for something extra. Such as dining for a quiet evening after such a busy day visiting with the relatives.”

• The staff were great and helpful, very nice hotel.
• I honestly cannot think of one thing, computer use was even free.

“Great hotel. The hotel had an inside pool which stays open till 11pm. The business center is totally free for use of computer and printer. The staff was friendly, extra helpful when I asked for dinning recommendations.”
