“One of the best trained staff ever encountered for sincere & genuine interest, quality customer service. It was also obvious that staff an all levels were being well treated by management. Great place to stay & very convenient for Chesapeake, Norfolk & VA Beach Shopping.”

• The bed spreads were looked freshly cleaned.
• I liked everything about it.

“The hotel is near a major shopping mall and right off interstate. A Wa-wa is within walking distance, as well as the Citys convention center. It is a very attractive hotel.”

• The beds were made up beautifully and very comfortable.
• There were 6-8 baby cockroaches that came up from the drain. We closed the drain and the problem stopped.

“Breakfast was very nice, lots of choices. The beds were comfortable and attractive. The room was smaller than usual. The cockroaches were very unpleasant! Thankfully we had the idea to close the drain in the bathroom sink. I hate cockroaches and was very disappointed to find them in our hotel bathroom.”

• Very nice free continental breakfast. Fresh fruit, coffee & tea available 24/7.
• Rather small room, oversized entertainment center, made us feel trapped, sometimes depressed.

“The front desk staff was very nice, during both check-in and check-out. On certain floors, some smoking rooms are located right next to a non-smoking room. We are non-smokers, and were recently in a room next to a smoking room. The smoke from the other guest’s room came right through to our room (there was a connecting door). Does putting these kind of rooms next to each other, make sense? The breakfast area/food selection is very nice. I think the rooms were too small, even for business travelers. I don't think we'll be staying there again.”

• Absolutely fantastic beds - so comfortable.

“Nice quiet location. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area. Bed had a feather comforter and was so comfortable, I could have slept all day!”
