“For the price I got it on Priceline it was worth it but not at its regular price.”

  • The location is good.
  • Poor service. Poorly maintained. Not very clean.

“The rooms weren't very clean. We had to be moved 3 times in one night. 1st room was dirty. 2nd room flooded while we were sleeping. 3rd room toilet stopped up. We waited in the parking lot an hour to be assigned the 3rd room.”

  • The hotel provided a refrigerator, stove, and table. Good location.
  • One of the bed had a sink hole. The front door look like it had force opened for the outside.

“All in all pretty good for the price. Second time staying at hotel, but would not stay again.”

  • Room facilities were adequate, bed was comfortable, shower clean.
  • Towels replaced 2x week.

“My stay was pleasant. The kitchen was a great feature. The facility seems to be a little older, but well maintained. There was no lobby, but the staff was helpful and easily accessed. Entrance to your room is directly from the outside, which I liked. It was conveniently located - restaurants and shopping were right around the corner. I would stay here again.”

  • I liked the elevator.
  • I was stuck with a substandard room that had several maintenance issues.

“This hotel of suites are efficiencies and not full room suites. The size and functional aspects of the room were not clear prior to deciding on the room. Also having to locate fuses, turn on the AC and refrigerator gave the impression that the rooms are not well taken care of or well maintained. Throughout the stay I noted 25 maintenance items that needed attention. Additionally the property is poorly lit and does not provide the same amenities are hotels next door.”

  • Very small work area (small table).

“Premises overall fairly clean; interior more so than exterior (some guests weren't afraid to drop trash on steps and walkways). Overall just adequate for my purposes but may serve others well. I would personally prefer simply more table/desk space to accommodate business paperwork chores.”

  • Staff, broke appliances, dirty rooms, poor customer service.

“Upon arrival our room was not ready; we had to wait two hours beyond the stated check in time. Once we did check in the rooms lacked enough towels, the floors were dirty, the kitchen was not properly equipped as we were told it would be, and half the appliances didn't work, such as the TV remote, telephone, and refrigerator. When we called for maintenance they told us he would there by noon. We waited and he never showed up so we called again and they told us he wouldn't be in for the day. So our food in the refrigerator and freezer went to bad. While we were there the sink also broke loose from its pedestal and the front desk insisted it was our fault and we would have to pay for it. Once the maintenance man, Miguel looked at it he said it wasn't our fault. To bad he wasn't around the day before.”

“I have stayed in this hotel 3 times the first was not good but I gave it a 2nd try it was better that the first stay but this last time I will not be staying at that hotel again.”

  • Convenient location.
  • PM staff was away from desk &hard to reach. Seemed obviously stoned or high; could barely converse with us. AM staff was wonderful & polite.

“We arrived on the late side. Door was locked and took awhile for someone to come open it and checks us in. The man came out of a room around the corner, seemingly stoned or high, and checked us in with very few unintelligible words. After a fairly good night sleep, we were very pleased by the kindness and hospitality of the woman at the desk, as we checked out. Very big differences between our check-in experience and check-out experience.”

“Good for what we were after a clean room and comfortable bed reasonable price shopping and food right there central to all Hampton Roads locations (Portsmouth, Norfolk, Sand bridge & Virginia Beach).”

  • The staff was very nice.
  • Dirty plates in cabinet. Sunk in bed, nasty floor. Check out room 216.

“This was a terrible experience for me and my husband as well as my brother and his wife. I got very little rest on the uneven bed (my husband and I met in the middle and literally felt the springs) I pulled the plates out of the cabinets and they were dirty. I wipe the bathroom counters and they were dirty. The lamps were loaded with dust. I suggest that these types of rooms be given to people serving life in prison sentences because there was nothing comfortable about this room. In my twenty years of marriage this rates number two in the worst hotels I have ever stayed at overnight. I am thankful that I did not stay two nights. I would have been one mad mama.”

  • The hotel staff was very friendly and the room had a kitchen in it.
  • The room could have been cleaner, there was sand in the bathroom floor.

“I would recommend this hotel to people, it was a great for the price. The hotel staff was all friendly and helpful. The room had its own kitchenette. The hotel was located near many great restaurants and stores.”

  • House keeping would not come and clean the room as promised. Hotel lobby staff was very unfriendly.

“This was a horrible hotel and was not worth the money. I am a lawyer who was in town studying for the Virginia Bar Exam. Out of the 3 weeks that I stayed in the room housekeeping never came and cleaned the room. I requested several times that someone come and vacuum the floor, change the sheets, and etc. I had to eventually go out and buy my own cleaning supplies and clean the room myself.”

“This was not what I expected for the star level. The room had a very bad odor. Every time you opened the door, it hit the bed. Everything was very dirty looking and dingy. I didn't sleep because the sound of the air conditioner was so loud and didn't feel room was clean.”

  • Had to wait for the room to be cleaned, asked for smoking and queen beds, had a non smoking room and 2 doubles.

  • I liked the location, kitchenette, the AC but mostly price.
  • No garbage removal and the smell outside going downstairs.

“The room was clean but there is no maid service at all. Take out your own garbage! We brought our own everything. The coffeepot was full size and there is a hairdryer. The AC worked great! In the room is 2 plates, bowls, cups and silverware that's it. Don't know what that smell is outside the rooms but it stinks. But we had a good stay and would stay again!”

  • Nothing. Classless! For street people only!
  • Everything. Dirty w/ low class people hanging out in the halls partying!

“The room was dirty and most of all need to be renovated to make it tolerable. Most the guests staying in the hotel are there for extended stays. They are very low class and party all night. Clothes are hanging on the railings and boots are in the halls. I had my child with me, which made it even worse. I would not feel safe leaving him in the room by himself; even it was just to the lobby. Worst experience I have ever had!”
