• The beds were very comfortable.
• Very unsanitary---insects in the room (cockroaches).

“I think the hotel overall was very nice, however, the insects in the room really lost all confidence in my respect for Super 8 Motel.”

• The hotel front desk was excellent. The room was very clean and cleaning staff did a wonderful job.
• I absolutely disliked the people next-door.

“The stay was ok, not in a good area. The people next-door work for the hotel. It really made an unpleasant stay especially since we had a connecting door, I thought the woman was going to tear my door down.”

• Bed bugs.

“This hotel was dirty and nasty, there were bed bugs in the room I stayed in, and I was covered with red bites and went to see a doctor for the bites, and had it confirmed as an investigation. The bathroom was mildew and moldy, the room reeked of drugs (weed) and the neighbors were up all night making noise and fighting with drunk attitudes. This hotel was one of the worse stays I have ever had in my entire business and leisure life of traveling.”

• I liked being able to see the bay from the back of the hotel.
• The beds were too hard. We saw a drug sale across the street.

“The room was very clean and well kept. As I said the bed was too hard and the neighborhood was not where I would have walked along at night.”

• The bay right outside.
• The bed was really hard.

“I liked that the bay was right outside, but it was only a two star hotel, which means that it wasn't amazing. The bed was hard, the bathroom door didn't shut, and the wind came right through the door at night. We were only there for one night, so it was decently priced for what we were doing.”

• Convenient to destinations.
• Was not impressed with the night check in window.

“Staff was friendly, cleanliness and maintenance could have been better. For example: bathroom door would not shut, Hilton on pillow case that was not outsider and hand prints all over the mirrors, hairs on back of toilet when we checked in.”

• Staff/ lobby was clean and nice.
• Room was disgustingly dirty.

“Sticking to the room. There were holes in the wall, exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. Carpets on floor so dirty white socks became black socks on the bottom. Baseboards had almost an inch of dirt, grime and dust collected. Windows were filthy. Mattresses had stains. Covers had cigarette burns. Bathtub had cigarette burn. It was 'tidy' everything was in it's place, however it was dirty. Very dirty, and I will never recommend it.”
