• Nice breakfast bar, good location.
• Some of the staff was not friendly.

“Room was nice some of the desk staff was on the rude side but it seemed like that was her everyday attitude but we didn't let it spoil our fun we had a great time.”

• Responsiveness to my complaint.
• Filthy bathroom.

“The bathroom had urine stains on top of and on the sides of the toilet. I did not complain until the housekeeping failed to clean it on the second day. I must admit the manager and his staff was quick to resolve the problem once I brought it to their attention.”

• Very good location.
• Part of the hotel was under renovation, appearance!

“Hotel was in a great location, with A friendly staff. The room was clean, the TV was an older model and had a purple streak across the center. Over all, an ok experience.”

• Was disappointed that there was no restaurant.

• Nothing.
• Found a bug in bed. Light did not work. Construction being done . It was a mess. Area full of derelicts. Could not walk safely.

“It is a flea-bag hotel. No one would want to stay in it. We left, and did not stay, as it was not acceptable. They lied to you, leaving me paying for a room not used.”

• Continental breakfast.
• It was dirty, depressing and the non smoking room smelled like smoke.

“I would never stay at a hotel like that again.”

• Close to downtown.
• The area our hotel overlooked was like an alley, the beds were hard.

“The pictures on the Internet showed a much different looking hotel than the one that you actually sleep at. The back area in which we had to park as well look at when we looked out our window looked and felt like an alley. It was not comfortable or inviting. The beds were as hard as a rock. I woke up with a back ache both mornings. I could probably overlook a lot of these things but it is because of the beds that I would not stay at the travel lodge again.”
