• beds very hard and breakfast ended at 9am

“It was very nice for the cost. It was clean and the staff was polite and helpful. for a 1 star economy hotel it exceeded my expectations”

• Prompt welcome when arriving and not to expensive.
• The location of our room was very noisy in the early morning because of highway outside.

• The pool was adequate.
• The beds were very small, shower was dirty, and door to the room did not close tightly.

• Not much, except staff.
• Entire complex in disrepair.

“Staff was great, wallpaper falling off walls, large air space completely around exit/entrance door, bed spread was yellow stained, toilet had a habit of not completely flushing, and more. Motel should be rated 1/2 star, won't stay there again Carl Lorentzen.”

“This hotel is good for a night or two, but not for a longer stay.”

• The wireless internet cut out every 5 minutes.

“When you first step out of your vehicle to check in you are greeted by the smell of Indian food coming from the on site Indian restaurant. Be prepared to smell that smell for a while as every room in the hotel is blanketed by that smell and there is little to do to get rid of it. Also be prepared to call the front office 300 times a day to have them fix the wireless internet as their connection goes down repeatedly which makes doing business or keeping in touch on the road difficult. All in all you get what you pay for and this is the cheapest hotel in the Lancaster area.”

• Noise of neighboring room.

“It seems that this hotel is popular with a loud, partying crowd. We were awake most of the night with the sounds of yelling, laughing, singing drunk people. The loud gangster music beating through the walls was unnerving. The ventilation system must all be connected through the bathrooms; because when we would come back to our room in the evening the bathroom smelled like marijuana. Needless to say, we will never stay hear again.”

• It was well located.

“I could have stayed at the Hojos in Harrisburg. This week, I am staying at motels that I simply shopped around for by phone. I am in Lancaster again.”

• Evening desk staff was excellent and receptive to our needs.
• Cleanliness of the first room which was smoking was not nice.

“Great staff. Overall in B- physical condition, clean but its an older unit. Rooms were clean, generally clean throughout; pool area was clean and inviting. Great location and close to needed stores or activities.”

• The staff was friendly.
• The restaurant has been closed down for months but was shown as open on their website.

“The appearance is overall pretty ugly, the bathroom does not have a tub only a shower which leaked from the upstairs bathroom but the room was clean. The maid did an excellent job each day. The staff was very friendly and the location was really good. Walking distance to Rita's ice, Dairy Queen, Denny's and Wendy's. We didn't spend much time in the room but I would have liked for the hotel to look better. Overall, would I stay there again? Yes if it was cheaper.”
