“The hotel was understaffed. The plumbing was messed up. The manager had to fix it, the hotel and room was dirty and it smelled horrible.”

“It was nasty. The carpet in all public and private areas were heavily stained. We had to switch rooms the first night because the toilet stopped up. I was told there is no maintenance staff on duty. We switched rooms and the water in the toilet kept running all day and night. Employees would smoke outside the doorway and the smoke would hit you in the face when walking into the hotel.”

“Hotel had a good location. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. Dirty tub and sink. The iron had burn marks all over it which transferred to my shirt when I ironed it. The room was located next to the main door to go outside for the floor so all night I had to listen to the door slamming shut and people talking.”

“This hotel was in a convenient, easy to reach location, near restaurants, shopping and the interstate. It was relatively quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable as was the room. My tub dripped all night, though, and had the feel of an old tub that had been made to look new, but that is about the worst problem I could find here. I did not like the outside entrance. Would rather have had hallway entrance. This was a good value, though. I enjoyed my short stay.”

“Basically, I could have saved money by just calling the hotel. I also learned that the walk-in rate was a lot cheaper then what I paid, as I heard her quote that to someone as I checked in.”

“We over all enjoyed our stay. We were impressed with the room for the price. The location was great for shopping and convention center. The breakfast was a plus.”
