• The desk clerks were very nice, helpful.
• My room wasn't cleaned when it was supposed to be. Motel should have recycle bin.

“The desk clerks were nice. The lobby was clean and comfortable. Plentiful parking. Grocery store and convenience stores close-good for the in-room kitchens. Restaurants close by too. The housekeeping staff was my only problem. My room wasn't cleaned the day it was scheduled (and it should have been scheduled earlier in the week-halfway through my visit would have been good) and I saw the same partially full and empty bottles in different areas of the facility. One day, the trashcan/ashtray outside the front entrance was overflowing--very nasty.”

• I appreciated the fact that the staff was so helpful and attentive.
• The heater in the room was not very effective.

“I had an overall enjoyable at this hotel. I had to change from a non-smoking room to a smoking room and the change was so smooth I did not even have to go to the lobby. The checkout was fast and friendly and all my needs were met.”

• Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
• The bed could have been larger and better selection of TV programs.

• The refrigerator was a plus for me and the room was large. It met my needs.
• Did not see staff around either in the am or pm.

“Meet my needs for what I needed. Would not want my wife to stay there by herself. Never saw any staff around except in check in or out lobby.”

• It was clean and family friendly. Had a kitchenette, great for toddlers!
• It was located in a "not so nice" part of Chesapeake.

“The hotel was very nice and comfortable, the staff was super friendly and prepared a room for our early arrival so we could head to the beach with our children. The only downside would have been the location, it was in a shady part of town. The overall product exceeded my expectations.”

• Quiet! Excellent environment for a day-sleeper; night-worker!
• Although in Chesapeake, it's barely in Chesapeake. Too far from job!

• Quick, easy check in.
• Small bed.

“I dealt w/ 2 staff members who were both very friendly. The room was neat and clean, but if you want a bathtub, do not stay here. Stand up shower only. The bed was only a full size so a little small for 2 people.”

• It met my expectations for a 1 star hotel.
• The hotel is slightly off the beaten path. Not central enough to where I was visiting.

“The hotel was fine for the charge. The only substantive complaint is that the television picture offered poor color, and the screen was somewhat small, particularly since the TV was located quite a distance across the room, from where the bed is located.”
