• The swimming pool was ok

• Close to restaurants, mall. Nice hot breakfast.

“Beds seemed oddly low to the ground, but the room had a nice layout, with the office area away from the beds. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great.”

• Very clean and fresh, friendly staff, current furnishings, spacious rooms.
• No location signs, difficult to find from main road, sign at entrance too small, beds too hard.

“Although difficult to locate, this hotel is attractive and comfortable with a range of breakfast choices. The staff is helpful and friendly. Would be our choice again.”

• The room was absolutely huge and very clean.
• The staff was horrible, including the general manager. They obviously don't believe in customer service.

“The hotel staff, particularly the manager, ruins this hotel and have zero interest in providing customer service. I will say that when we checked in at midnight, without even asking, I was placed in the king size room, but it was too little too late as far as I was concerned after being treated horribly by the general manager. The room was very nice, and I was surprised by how huge it was. There was the king bed, a sofa with a pull-out bed, the TV, a full-size desk, and a large bathroom. The room we were put in was a handicapped room, so I'm not sure if that has to do with the extra space.”

• No smoking.

“This is an extraordinary clean hotel. The rooms were spotless. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I liked this hotel.”

• A little hard to find - tucked in away from the road with minimal signage.

• The location and the pool were excellent.
• The sign to turn in was small we missed it 2 times.

• The large room with a separate sitting area with fridge sinks & microwave.

“The first morning they had one person to man the front desk and breakfast. It takes one person to run breakfast. One hour into breakfast there was nothing out.”

• How close it was to shopping and restaurants.
• My husband cut his foot on the tiled steps of pool. The manager has yet to contact us.

“The overall experience at this hotel was very nice. We were very close to shopping and restaurants like we wanted. It had an indoor pool that we wanted for the kid's to be able to swim. We did make it a point to let the staff know that my husband cut his foot on the tiled steps of the pool while in there with the kid's. The tiled steps really need some attention, either to be rounded off or smoothed out to avoid any one else being hurt, especially the kid's!! We made sure to remind them again by putting it on the comment card and turned it in. My husband attempted twice to get in touch with the manager of the hotel and has yet to hear back. That would be my only complaint against this hotel. All else was very enjoyable and a very pleasant stay!”

• Everything things was clean and new and upscale.

“The staff was very pleasant to deal with. The room was larger than expected with more than the usual amount of amenities. The breakfast was well stocked. I would have liked to have had some fruit though. Other than that, I would love to travel to this Hotel again.”

• Room size.
• Buffet was inadequate, Hotel required deposit, and beds were lousy.

“The room size was fine. The hotel had a musty odor. The breakfast buffet was not good at all compared to Hampton which is a two star hotel. After paying for the room well in advance, a thirty dollar cash deposit was also required before we could register. Electrical outlets were scarce. The alarm clock could not be turned off without unplugging it. Unrequested wake-up call. Lengthy registration and check-out. At Hampton, check-in takes about a minute and check-out consists of turning in the keys; the bill is under the door on the morning of scheduled departure. This hotel did not come close to meeting my expectations.”

• The rooms were really nice. Liked the space, cleanliness & 2 TVs.
• It was late, but the pool area seemed dirty and no towels left.

“It was a very nice hotel and suited my needs. I would definitely stay there again. It was close to where we needed to be. However, I did not like the fact that the staff would not allow me to request 1 king bed instead of 2.”

“Great hotel, pretty, close to everything but late during the night I could her kids playing and running through the halls and this is when I noticed that the walls were thin other than that it was perfect. Nice little pool too. The pool is not that big but it serves the purpose if you have kids.”
