• It is old and needs repair.

“The front desk was very helpful and courteous. I do feel that a refund of part of that money is in order.”

• Convenient to the place I needed to go.
• I did no like the appearance of the building.

“I had four rooms. Two rooms had to be switched because of broken toilets and showers, bugs and roaches in drawers. My room had a light out over the sink. They came to see and said they would be back. That was Friday. When I left on Sunday, they had not come. Outside steps are in bad shape. I will not stay at that hotel again. May never stay at another Econo lodge again. I expected a lot better.”

• Close to where I needed to be.
• Place was run down, sheets and towels were very rough and others staying were very loud.

“The place is extremely run down, needs some major eminence, the sheets, towels were horrid, and very hard/rough.”
