• The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large.
• The furniture was dated and the carpet dirty.

“The furniture is dated, the carpet needed to be cleaned and there is no daily maid service. The kitchen was very nice, the bathroom and the room itself were big. The staff is what saved this trip. They went above and beyond.”

“This hotel is the pits! When we first checked in they gave us the wrong room and the room they put us in, the front desk clerk came to the room and said it smelled on the carpet in the room. The subsequent room they moved us into had an ant problem and the corridors of the hotel smelled horrible like spoiled milk. I brought the ant problem to the attention of the hotel manager who told me that they had ant and bug spray because this is a typical problem that they have due to the dry season. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. Not to mention that the housekeeper children were cleaning the pool.”

• It was convenient to shopping, restraints and airport.
• It was not a very clean hotel and should not be compared to Holiday Inn or Comfort Inn.

• The large kitchen, so you don't have to eat out a lot.
• Have to pay for internet.

“The dishes in the kitchen were lacking - no glass and only one coffee mug. The hotel's website is lacking - tried to go on-line to look at the property before going out there, got very little information from the website. There is a small work out room with a bike, a treadmill and a stair climber, but no fan or windows - it gets stuffy! The outdoor pool was not open yet.”

• Room reeked of smoke odor. Front office wouldn't answer phone.

“Room smelled horribly of smoke! (Non-smoking room. Front desk staff would not answer phone! Even when I went downstairs about a concern they still wouldn't answer phone when I returned to room. Very reluctant to ever recommend this hotel.”

• It had a kitchen.
• There was no shampoo in the room everything was in a vending machine.

“I thought this hotel was unacceptable. My husband has stayed at 1 star hotel for work that was better than this. They did not provide shampoo and told us it was in the vending machine. This was supposed to be a 2 star which I know is moderate, but the only reason I think it gets a 2 star rating is because it is across from a mall ... Big deal! ”

• They were very friendly.
• The weight room had no weight equipment but it did have tread mills and stationary bikes.

“Over all my stay was quite and comfortable which made it great for me.”

• All the appliances.
• The mattress on the pull out bed had urine stains on front and back. My grandkids slept with me instead of on the couch bed.

“I would strongly recommend this hotel to travelers that prefer fixing their own meals and having a room that is arranged for business and pleasure. This hotel is located across the street from the mall and is surrounded by restaurants and social clubs.”

• It was very clean, good size. Had wireless service available.
• It cost extra for wireless hookup, no business center for business travelers.

“The hotel is in a convenient area for shopping, close to eating areas, close to the i-64 interstate. There was not a business center/area for business travelers who needed to fax, or use a computer if they stayed there.”

• Our room was opposite the highway and was very quiet. Kitchen facilities were great and the rooms have been recently renovated.
• The only criticism I have is the bathroom door didn't shut properly.
