• Its conveniently located opposite the mall, plenty of great dining places.
• My room was close to the elevators & could hear the pinging the entire night.

“The hotel is in a great location. Has a grill downstairs thats pretty decent. The only downside was that there is no noise filter between the rooms. I was awakened pretty early in the morning by the neighboring room guy who decided to watch the news. It was like it was playing right into my ears! Was awful couldn't go back to sleep.”

“Told me I couldn't have a king. I think I was one of the first to check in that day. I know bed size requests are not guaranteed. This has never happened to me before - even at other Sheraton's.”

• free parking
• run down and poorly cleaned. Moldy smelling.

• Good price point for the location.
• Pool was
  too small and indoor. Unable to swim. This is a soaking pool not a swimming pool. Would have liked a refrigerator in the room.

“When traveling with family, including grandchildren, I rate a hotel by the following: Safety, cleanliness, quiet location, price, amenities and staff performance. This hotel's staff performed well, it was clean and neat, the pool was too small and indoor, it was located near a freeway that was loud and there was noise coming from their banquet room and air handling units all night.”

• The place smelled bad. It was hard to get to the first time.

“The rooms in the hotel were fine but the entire hotel had a smell to it. The public areas were rather average, but the rooms were okay. It smelled like pets and like heavy-duty industrial hand-cleaning lotion. The hotel was difficult to get to the first time--while we could see it from the Interstate some signs indicating how to get to the hotel would be helpful.”

• The location was safe and nice
• dirty room after the maids came in. No one to help with bags. Not enough carts to carry luggage in.

“The room was nice just dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor. Not very much help with luggage. Beds are comfy. Would never pay full price ever. Never seen a dirty hotel by Sheriton but, this one is. The elevator didn't work one day only had one working. I also never could use the ice machine on my floor for 7 days. Really how long does it take to get it fixed. I think a 3.5 star hotel you shouldn't have to go t o another floor to get ice. Not picky just stating the facts.”

• Very conveniently located, near highway and shopping mall.

• Staff was always friendly.
• Housekeeping started way too early given it was Christmas week.

“Thought it would be nice to be close to the mall, but it actually made getting in and out of the hotel quite difficult because it was Christmas week with lots of shoppers. Not sure how other weeks of the year compare.”
