  • Close to downtown area.
  • Parking lot unsafe at any time of the day. Foot traffic.

“I paid on line for a one night stay. I asked for a non smoking room because of my wife's allergies. Room smelled. Damaged furniture in room. When I checked in, I was asked for my credit card. Receptionist said it was for incidentals? I did not get a receipt upon leaving and was told that there was no charges on my room. I checked my account when I arrived home and $100.00 was pending against my account causing a overdraft and locking out my account. After contacting the Hotel, I was told that the $100.00 would clear in three days. Five days later when my pay check went in to my account, the lock out was removed from pending. Explain this one. I was not told at check in or asked to sign anything to allow $100.00 to be charged to my account. I was not a happy camper.”

  • Checking out without having to pay for those nasty rooms.
  • Everything from the time I got there until the time I left.

“This is a very unhealthy hotel. Management doesn't care, the front desk staff is bad. We did not get into the rooms until 4:00 am the morning of the wedding after being there since 10:00 pm after the rehearsal, trying to get the rooms. To make a long story short. We did not have our bachelor party, hair/nails did not get done, and to top all that off, we got up at 6:00 am anyhow to go each breakfast, and while there, my sister and I were summons to my 80 yr old mother and 83 year old blind father's room because they woke up in a bed full of clinches (bedbugs) that had bit and rashes them up through the short time they laid there. The room was infested. So bad, the staff didn't want to go in there to clean up the room. The hotel management from the bottom to the top did not care, they tried to blow it off. We waited for 4 hour for a GM or DM who ever she was to come to our room to rectify the situation. We all ended up in one room that we felt was a bit cleaner than the others (had 3 rooms) to try to get ready for the wedding. We ended up eating McDonald's. The wedding was suppose to start at 3:00 pm it didn't start until 4:30 pm and most of the guest were tired and hungry, they left right after the ceremony and didn't come to the reception that didn't start until about 5:45 pm. There was wasted food, wasted money. The only good thing that they offered us was not to pay for the rooms and the exit out of that hotel. What ever you do, don't use this hotel for a wedding, family reunion, or any other event. You will be embarrassed, believe me. It was a disaster.”

  • This was the nicest and cleanest Best Western I have ever been to. Very impressed.
  • It was attached to a truck/bus/travel stop.

“The hotel was convenient to highways and main routes, the staff was very accommodating, the hotel was clean and efficient with lots of extras like the indoor pool, and the bed was amazing!”

  • The complimentary shuttle, location, cleanliness, business center, indoor pool, fridge and microwave.
  • I called the hotel to ask a question and was given the wrong answer. I planned my trip based on their answer so we were not able to go to the museum.

“Great hotel with a reliable complimentary shuttle to the Inner Harbor. We enjoyed the stay because it was very clean and in a good location for fast food restaurants. I would stay there again.”

  • Convenience to inner harbor & priced right.
  • Unavailability of shuttle at certain times.

“Clean & comfortable and priced much more reasonably than hotels closer to inner harbor. Good value for the price. Free breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise.”

  • Renovations look fair.
  • Dirty bed sheets.

“This hotel was a disappointment; the renovations looked o.k., but cleanliness was horrible! I would not recommend to a friend or foe.”

  • I liked the amenities that the hotel has.
  • Too many to list!

“The location is in a bad area but the hotel has been upgraded and is very nice. All except for one is unfriendly and lazy. They don't go out of their way to help when asked questions or directions. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else and Baltimore is where the corporate office is for the company I work for. The food in the restaurant isn't very good.”
