• The night desk clerk was helpful and friendly.
• The room was noisy due to fridge, AC, and noise in room above.

“This motel was located outside of the tourist district and among several other extended-stay hotels. The room included a large desk, full kitchen, sitting area and a small, not-so-comfortable bed. The decors were drab. The bathtub lacked a plug and there were no complimentary toiletries, although there was a package of dishwasher detergent. The AC was noisy and out of rhythm with the noisy refrigerator. When I commented on the AC the next morning, the clerk said that I was fortunate to have AC as it was off altogether a week ago! I would rate this as a good basic accommodation, but not at all suited for the leisure traveler. If I had not paid in advance for the accommodation, I would never have chosen to stay.”

• I thought the staff was very helpful and polite. I liked the fact that we had a studio room with the hide-a-bed.
• I missed having a hot tub or swimming pool available, and sometimes there was no coffee available down in the lobby area. Vending machine out of order.

“I felt the room could have been quite a bit cleaner. Kind of felt dirty to me. Paint on the bathroom doors and dust caked on the blow dryer.”

• It has a small bathroom.

“We were treated very well, the staff was efficient and friendly. The lobby was clean and neat and the room was too.”

• It was nice to be able to cook in our room and save money on meals.
• No fan in bathroom.

• Nice to have kitchen facilities but the smells from other rooms were a bit annoying.
• Parking was a bit scary -- not enough lighting -- nothing new in Annapolis...

“A bit "shop worn" -- just didn't have that "homey" feel that other extended stay places have. Would have liked to have guest "pantry" fully stocked and a breakfast would have been helpful. In honesty I switched to the Marriott Courtyard around the corner because it felt more "warm" and it had an indoor pool and eating facilities. The extended rate at the Marriott turned out to be less expensive too.”

• Decent room size, allowed pets, quiet, fairly clean.
• Dust and garbage under bed. Not a 2.5 star hotel as requested, but a 2.0 star perhaps.

“Good location for business people. Rooms were OK and kitchen clean and functional. This is not a 2.5 star hotel (as requested) - but perhaps a 2.0. Also, there was dust and wrappers under the bed. ”

• The kitchen with microwave, silverware and glasses.
• The location wasn't the best.

“Decent rooms with a kitchinette including microwave, stovetop, refrigerator and the very basic utensils. Perfect for someone with a car who is looking for an inexpensive place to stay near Annapolis for more than just a night or two.”

• Front desk person quick to change rooms for me.
• Nothing really.

“This hotel, an easy distance from Annapolis and the main Rt 50/301/97 corridor has many of the amenities of home. Though not extra fancy or overdone, it would make for a very comfortable long-term stay. Everything is clean and well-kept and it is in a quiet neighborhood. Within a mile or so is the Annapolis Mall and a wide variety of eating establishments. A wise choice, indeed.”

• Cleaning staff tried to get us to leave prior to check-out time.

• The suite - bed, kitchen, bath - this makes a longer stay more convenient.
• That they did not provide a continental breakfast.

“Overall - my stay was very enjoyable. I just went to a local grocery store and provided myself with my own continental breakfast since I had the kitchen in my room.”

• Room cleanup did not show on saturday

“The staff were very friendly and helpful, but my room was not cleaned on saturday. I think this was due to the blizzard and the maids did not come to work. I love the rooms having a kitchen attached”

“I definitely got my money's worth. I was there three nights, and wasn't bothered by cleaning people. The hotel had a wonderful policy of coming to clean the rooms every 4 nights, but making extra linens available to us.”

“The rooms are very nice and include an almost full kitchen. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from the waterfront district and very close to the highway you take to DC. It is important to know that the rooms are not cleaned daily but any towels or other ammentities are available at the front desk. I would reccomend this hotel to others.”

“Cleaning service was not provided. There was one fork for two people to eat with. A real lack of interest on the part of the staff. Suite lacked to necessary items usually expected in a Motelor Suite. Hangars, eating utinsels etc.”
