“I asked three times for the internet connection to be fixed and it never was. The blanket and comforter were so ragged and dirty that I stripped them from the bed and slept with only a sheet on. This hotel is awful and it is not even in Towson.”

“The staff was not accommodating. We asked for a pillow and blanket, and they said they had none, but someone else said they could not leave the desk to get one. They should have an extra person on hand to help people!”

“The hotel room smelled like mildew and smoke. It was suppose to be a non smokers room. There were stains on the carpet and bed sheet. I had no sense of security. Room housekeeping knock at the door at 8 am check out was at 12 noon. Luckily there were two beds. Due to my exhaustion from traveling I stayed.”

“Although staff was helpful initial two rooms I was assigned had not been made up. Third room was ready but bathroom was infested with many, many insects. Could not use bathtub or even walk on floor. Housekeeping responded and sprayed but I did not feel comfortable at all. I had stayed at same hotel 2 years ago and had better experience. I will not stay at this hotel again. It was a disgusting experience.”

“When we checked in we immediately tried to call around for another hotel in town. All were booked so we had to stay. Overall appearance of the hotel was shabby. The room (non-smoking) reeked of smoke. We had to wash our clothes on our return home to get the stink out. Our room was behind the bar which let out between 1-2 am. Lots of yelling outside our door and kicking a trash can around. Bathroom sink would not drain. There was used green dental floss on the floor between the beds (nice touch). Cigarette burns on the counters around the sink and in the bathroom. The safe (which I would have liked to use) was locked shut; to add insult we were charged a dollar for the use of that safe. The vending machines down the hall consistently ate money without vending. We wanted some bottled water as we were concerned about drinking tap water from the sink. The A/C unit sounded like a train and fired up every ten minutes. The staff, manning the desk was pleasant but uninspired and I could not blame them. Not much to be proud about working there. We did not need the breakfast but wanted a glass of orange juice and were informed that there was a charge for the orange juice. Come on guys, I am a frequent business traveler nobody charges for orange juice at the free continental breakfast.”

“Girl on phone night before refused to help me with info for an early check in even though the room would be reserved for me. Loose tiles on walkway to room. The pool was an eye sore. Breakfast was decent... juice wasn't included!? Rating C- not 3 stars or worth the money I spent.”

“This was one of the most horrible experiences ever. The non-smoking room had empty packs of cigarettes on the floor when we entered the room and reeked of smoke. In addition there were old dirty socks left on the floor. My business needs require Internet access and the Internet access did not work the entire time we were there. I had to drive across the street and sit in the parking lot of a neighboring hotel, using their wireless, to try and resolve a business problem. The food served at breakfast was a buffet and cold. The back of the hotel had a gross blowup doll laying out in full view next to the trash dump, pubic hair and all. We were told we could not be given a different non-smoking room because the place was full. It was not. Rooms all around us were empty and we also confirmed that from other hotel staff. Is there anything else that could have gone wrong? Probably, but I'd suggest that this was enough. What do you think? What are you going to do about it?”
