• Location.
• The entire hotel was filthy.

“The rooms were filthy. The toilet had not been cleaned, the table top was sticky, the carpet was stained, the lights in the room were broken, the coffee maker was not clean and the room smelled. The hallways smelled and the carpets had stains everywhere.”

• Nothing, I wont stay here again.

• Hotel had a great location; we could walk to different historical attractions and restaurants.

“The front desk was not the least bit sympathetic that we were not happy with the hotel, which was the worst part of the experience for us. The room was very dim which makes it hard for a woman to get ready in the morning. The bathroom was a bit dingy looking, as if it was not thoroughly cleaned after each guest. The room itself was clean and simple. Good location if you like to walk, and easy to find for even the navigationally challenged.”

• It was within walking distance to dining establishments.
• It was not clean, smelled of smoke and was loud.

“This hotel was the worst one we have ever stayed at. The owners should be embarrassed of themselves to even open the front door and let people in. People were yelling, swearing and slamming doors well into the night. I would never even consider staying here again, and no one I know ever will either.”

• The location.
• Room was cold the heat did not work. The replacement room was dirty. I spent the first 2hrs trying to get the heat to work and cleaning. Not happy!

• The staff were amazing. We had a few problems with room and these were rectified immediately.
• As we selected a moderate hotel, the hotel met moderate expectations: poor breakfast, poor luxury.

“Facility, staff, and location are great. If you are looking for an inexpensive room with moderate accommodations, namely, television, clean bed, clean bathroom, and a door with a good lock, than this hotel is perfect. The family of staff makes up for its moderate-ness.”

• Not the hotel.

• Dirty, rude people and no pool or fitness center.

“Room rate is $32 a night. Very noisy guests next to us. GM said not to worry they were checking out in the morning. Features are actually located at the local YMCA. Extremely hard beds. Stay in your car it'll be better.”
