• It was attractive in appearance and convenient.
• Restaurant breakfast service was poor.

“This hotel was conveniently located for our visit to Towson University. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was sufficient and the hotel was clean and very nice. Our room was large and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. Would definitely stay there again.”

• Attractive courtyard to drive into. Attractive, but small room. Great towels.
• Carpet need cleaning, room. Tub had drip. Sheets were not soft.

• Bathroom wasn't very clean.

“After leaving our phone chargers behind, still plugged into the wall, the staff claimed "they weren't on the cart". This means, the cleaning staff said they weren't there. So now because of someone's dishonesty, we need to buy new chargers.”

• Rooms were clean and well-appointed. Efficient health/exercise room.
• Indoor hot-tub/pool area are under renovation.

“Beautiful hotel. Convenient to Baltimore. Parking was free. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Totally non-smoking was great! I was traveling with kids and this was a good place for us. Would stay there again.”

• I liked the bed; it was very soft and comfortable.
• I did not like that I could hear everything in rooms around me from the large vents.

“I wish I could say I enjoyed my stay. However the first five minutes there, I saw roaches in my room. The pool had trash and Band-Aids floating in it. There was noise until 4am of people running up and down the halls. Food was left sitting out in the hallways until almost noon the next day. I was very disappointed.”

• Free wi-fi internet and heated indoor pool.
• Hot tub currently not operational.

“I was extremely pleased with this hotel. It was listed as a 3 star, with only one other 3 star in the immediate area. I am familiar with the other hotel and this Sheraton far exceeds its competition. I would recommend this to business as well as leisure travelers.”

“The construction is done but the hotel still looks outdated. The hotel is located close to the hospital and a fire station but with the outdated windows which are not sound proof you will be waking up at various times during the night. You can here everything that is going on the street even if you are on the preferred levels of the hotel. The rooms are small and don't be surprised that you can hear your neighbors, the walls are paper thin. The bathroom has a shower with hard to adjust water temperature. No free internet the price is $10 per day to connect. If you lucky you can request a microwave and a refrigerator if they are available. The hotel does not offer free breakfast on the weekends. During the week there is free breakfast for preferred guest at the 22nd FL in the club lounge. There is a laundry room which has 1 washer and 1 dryer which is free but it's 1 for the whole hotel and getting the key for it it's not easy. The maid service is unbelievable the room doesn't get restock and you have to call to get new towels and the vacuuming never stops at 8am and at 8pm. Also most of the staff doesn't seem to give a darn about the hotel.”

• Convenient to the needed location.
• HVAC system did not respond as expected.

“Rare when the heating/cooling system works as needed. This hotel was no better nor worse than others, but from a designated three star hotel I expected better results. Room was too hot and difficult to obtain a comfortable sleeping temperature.”
