“The hotel was nice, but I'm not sure how it was different from a 3 star (it was a 3 1/2). The amenities were nice, and the staff helpful. I would definitely stay there again.”

“My husband got on the phone to book a room from our cell phone and the person behind the desk told him that he would have a room available in 15 minutes for immediate check in! We just went elsewhere and returned between 1:00 and 2:00pm and were then able to get into our room. It would have been nice if we could have relaxed right after we arrived. We definitely felt like a second class citizen.”

“These are large rooms with great beds. The hotel is attached by a skywalk to the Towson Town Center, an upscale mall. Plenty of free parking.”

“We've been here before, generally with good results, this time the place was not near expectations, especially for the price, which is the most we've ever paid for this hotel. The door handle was installed upside down, but I had to go back to the desk to be told, when I did open the door I banged my knuckle, there were crumbs on the floor from a previous guest and the tub drained very slowly, it's nice to stand in dirty water while showering. When checking out I told the desk person, but it appeared he was disinterested.”

“I really liked the room itself and the hotel as a whole including the location. However, when I called the front desk about the computer, they were not helpful. They forwarded me to a computer service where I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes and finally gave up. This happened twice so I was never able to connect in my room. I did use the lobby links for a short period of time and was able to print out which was nice. I called the front desk about the ice machine putting out brown and pick ice which also had other debris in it. They said it was being worked on, but it never worked for the two days I stayed there. Everything else worked well.”

“The rooms in this hotel were well furnished, well lit and spacious. There was ample storage, a beautiful bathroom, and everything seemed new. It was clean and comfortable and well lit. Breakfast is not included with the room, and while we ate in the hotel's restaurant, we would not do so again as we found the restaurant to be nothing special, and way too expensive. The staff however was helpful and friendly.”

“Great hotel, clean, spacious rooms (mine had view of the mall/downtown Boson. I've stayed here before where there was a view of the Goucher College's campus which is more serene). Nice bar (restaurants looked nice but didn't dine there). Garage parking is free.”

“My overall experience was excellent. Clean room and friendly staff. There was no fridge so we could not keep leftovers cold. The ice watching wasn't working so we had to walk down two floors to get ice. Besides that we had a great time and we will go again.”

“This hotel was exceptional. The staff was polite and there to serve the guests 24/7. The entire facility was well maintained and clean. I have nothing to complain about. We ordered room service and the prices were no more expensive then if we were to dine out. The beds were very comfortable. Great place and I will return. The hotel has everything, restaurant, lounge, gift shop, etc.”

“This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The first time I was
in a room on a upper level floor. It was a nice, clean spacious room. This time I was in a room on the third floor. It was terrible. Dirty, small and the floor was ice cold.”
