• Clean and
  friendly.
• Limited pool hours morning and evening only.

“Clean, attractive hotel with efficient staff and nice amenities. Pool is small but clean and there is a whirlpool! Pool hours limited to am and pm, at least in the winter. Enjoyed our stay.”

• They were very friendly and contemporary.
• They charged me in advance in case of incidentals and parking was $26/day!

“The lobby is very nice and the front desk staff was quite courteous. The room was beautiful and the bed so comfy! The flat screen was a nice touch and the room was large.”

• Very comfortable bed and bedding; attractive furnishings; large bathroom; great location.
• Bathroom in lobby was messy with no paper; room service left dirty plates in hallway until late in the afternoon, surprised we didn't have shampoo.

• Well maintained and courteous hotel. Located in the historic Baltimore Inner harbor and nearby to all attractions.
• Parking is expensive and there is no complimentary breakfast.

“Our experience was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We asked for a King size bed and early check-in and they were happy to oblige. The rooms were clean and check-out was convenient. Would stay here again the next time we visit the Inner Harbor.”

“A very pleasant and comfortable hotel. We were very pleased to receive an upgrade to a room with a harbor view. Our only meal in the restaurant was breakfast, which was very good - filled us up for the whole day!”

• Liked that it was so near the harbor and area of restaurants.
• Decor wasn't quite as nice as I would have thought for a 4 star hotel.

“If you are looking for a nice getaway, that is conveniently located near the harbor and area restaurants the renaissance is a perfect place to stay. The rooms are clean and the hotel staff was very accommodating. I would stay here again.”

• Parking is so expensive.

“Very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful, however, I forgot an expensive necklace, left on the table and it was never turned in. I won't return for that reason.”

• Location was perfect for visiting inner harbor.

“Went for my birthday weekend and our room was upgraded to a suite. Had a corner room on an upper floor with excellent views of the harbor. Plus, the bell staff sent up champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.”

• Wireless internet.

“Great Priceline deal. Treated with utmost courtesy by front desk personnel despite cut-rate booking and given a terrific room overlooking the harbor. Also allowed late check-out, which was valuable to me. Room service was fast and food was quite good. Only drawback was poor wireless internet which cost $12.95/day. Ethernet seemed to work better, though. All in all, a very nice hotel, one I would quickly recommend.”
