• The room had a great view of the harbor, and the king size bed was so comfortable.
• Room service didn't clean our room the second night.

“Excellent hotel, beautiful, clean, great staff, the coffee shop was great with a wonderful woman managing it. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.”

• Beautiful and great location.
• Parking.

“The hotel was great. But parking was difficult if you did not valet park. The parking garage was next to the hotel, you had to twist and turn then cross the street but once you found your way it was pretty easy.”

• Nice clean rooms inside, but noisy.
• Noisy rooms.

“Do not stay here. They will treat you like a second class citizen. The first room they put us in had a noisy rattle that they couldn't fix and the second room was right next to the elevators at which point we gave up complaining.”

• The food, found 2 non-food items in meals.

“Overall the hotel was wonderful, indoor pool and hottub great, location is fantastic, however there could be some updating and refreshing of the interiors.”

• Very convenient to my business purpose. Very comfortable room. Very upscale bathroom.
• Getting my luggage to the parking in an adjacent building was inconvenient.

• Forced to check in late; cafe could not accommodate us for breakfast.

“We arrived prior to checking and the clerk told us he would call us on our cell when the room was ready. However, he never did. In the morning, we went down for breakfast and the restaurant told us we would have to wait 45 minutes. Then when we went to the coffee shop we were told we would have to wait 15 minutes because they were cleaning their machines. They did however allow a late check out to try to fix the late check in issue.”

• Close to harbor, great newly renovated bathrooms with flat screens in bathroom.
• Horrible pink wallpaper & old lady floral carpet.

“Typical 4 star hotel. Very good. The wallpaper was pink and ugly. The carpet was dated looking. The bathrooms were close to the best bathrooms I have been in. They had very recently renovated and 20" is flat screen TV's installed. Big flat screen in the room as well. The rooms were big. I got the most basic room they had too I think. Okay furniture in the room. Good in room safe. Beds were good but not great. Very good staff. I would definitely stay there again.”

• The Courtyard was something special.
• The price for valet parking was steep.

“The hotel was a very classy, top of the line. I like everything about the hotel (except the price of valet parking). The fitness club also very nice place. Totally enjoyable.”

• It had everything it said it did.
• The door that is always unlocked from the outside parking garage to hotel.

“All in all was a pleasant stay. No complaints. We asked to be moved with a room with 2 beds. That was not a problem.”

• The location is perfect, hotel is beautiful and the rooms are wonderful.
• I can't think of anything.

“If you are looking for a luxury hotel that is close to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, the Intercontinental is perfect. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are wonderful - very comfortable beds, flat screen TV (there is even one in the bathroom), attentive and responsive staff.”

• It was close to all the attractions that we wanted to see.
• The room was definitely not a 4 star room.

“The hotel was clean and convenient to all the attractions that we wanted to do. The staff was very nice. The only disappointment was I was expecting a true 4-star hotel and the room was definitely not that.”

• Beautiful lobby, plush, very comfortable beds, Indoor pool, quiet room away from city noises, hot tub closed.
• Inaccessible parking with costly valet parking.

“This Is a classy hotel with all the amenities Including an Indoor pool. Baltimore's Inner Harbor Is directly across the street. Rooms are spacious with beds that are well-appointed Including lots of pillows and a fluffy duvet. Room overlooked a flowered courtyard. Nice, though pricey selections from room service menu Including eggs benedict. Daily charge for wireless services, In-room movies pricier than most hotels.”

• In the middle of town but seemed quiet.
• Parking is awkward, have to drag luggage up stairs and across street.

• I was not a big fan of the breakfast served at the hotel restaurant.

“Overall this was a great visit. The location is very good, the room was very comfortable, and the staff was wonderful, very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Soft comfy beds.
• Expensive parking for a hotel, staff tried to make out with me at 4 AM.

“Well, I was initially looking for a hotel to stay in since my friends and I would be out drinking all night, and driving back to NJ was not an option. I did not think I would pay almost $20 to park overnight when valet was $21. The front desk guy was awesome, I accidentally left my camera and he called my room and let me know. The TV in the bathroom did not work, and the room did not exactly look like the pictures on line. But still nice, my bathroom was occupied by my friend so I went to look for one, a bell hop advised me that there was one on the 2nd floor and he took me there and back to my room, but then tried to hug me and I think he would have kissed me if I did not turn away. Kind of freaked me out. but I got back to my room and then went to bed. Nice place if you like to make out the help. Oh and the next morning I set my hair dryer down on the sink and the TV came on by itself. The Fuji water in the room was priced at $5.”

• Quiet, excellent staff, bed turn down service and TV in bathroom.
• There was nothing I disliked about this hotel.

“Excellent location, overlooking the harbor and the US ship Constellation, two blocks from baseball stadium, near aquarium and across the street from the science museum and the list goes on.”

• Beautiful, location was perfect.
• The Brightons restaurant was terrible. Brunch was actually quite lousy. Service mediocre, food terrible.
