“The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is the mini fridge. If you move something you are automatically charged. If you have small children, sometimes that can be an issue. Could it be locked and you get a key at the front desk if you desire to use it. Staff was friendly about removing the charges. Everything else was wonderful. My family enjoyed it.”

“Great location at the Inner Harbor. The interior was really nice as was the room itself. I wasn't expecting to pay as high a price for parking at the hotel seeing as how I was staying there.”

“A nice hotel in a very good location. The staff was helpful but stressed as a convention for the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.”

“I liked this hotel. Great location, across the way from the Inner Harbor. Our room was a double and the beds were way too small, so I called the front desk to ask for a king bed. They didn't have anything - convention in town - so they upgraded us to a one-room suite. Amazing really. Really great bathroom amenities as well.”

“Room was quiet. Had updated fixtures and linens. Very clean. Had no idea as to the amenities at the hotel - nothing was mentioned in the hotel guide in the room. Bistro 300 restaurant is overpriced for the food. Service is good. Restaurants at other nearby hotels were better and less expensive.”

“This Hyatt is in a great location near all the inner harbor attractions and within a couple quick blocks of Camden yards. It has a walkway that allows you to cross over to the inner harbor area without having to take your chances with street level traffic. It's clean, the rooms are very nice and quiet, and some rooms have a great view. I definitely felt safe being there too.”

“This was a very nice hotel with friendly staff however they seemed over worked and stressed out. There were two people trying to check out 20 people and others just standing there watching. Same at check in. They also asked us if we would like a double, queen, or king and we said king and they gave us a double anyway?!?”

“Only the Hyatt in Maui beat my 10th floor corner room with views of the Inner Harbor and promenade, Federal Hill and even the Bromo-Seltzer Clock Tower. The Anime Convention was going on while I was there and even while the hotel was hopping busy, the staff was extremely professional. The carpet was a little worn but otherwise my room was perfectly comfortable.”
