• The only positive in this hotel is the shower.
• The dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. Filthy.

“Helpful front desk and valet. The hotel is actually an apartment building shared by retirees and students. It is filthy, the air conditioning did not work well, and the floors in the room were sticky. It is more than dated, as the lobby definitely reminded us of an old age home. It is across the street from Johns Hopkins Univ. but it still does not rate as a 2 star hotel. I would never stay there again.”

• good location
• mice, roaches, bad management, noise from central a/c, windows don't close

“Avoid! Avoid! had mice over many months; odors from restaurant on 1st floor come up through ventilation and stink; had 3-4 cockroaches in my kitchen every time I walked in; exterminator never came; wouldn't fix apartment when necessary; horribly mismanaged; unexpectable noise because they don't have courtesy to notify you before drilling and working all around you--not a serious place!! I lived here for 12 months and was waiting to break my lease.”

• Clean, comfortable, in a safe and pretty neighborhood. Great rates and convenient.
• Bar is a bit pricey.

“We were pleased. The staff works very hard to keep the place in tip-top order. Good bathrooms plus a bit of a kitchen. Good value for a big city.”
