“Close to the airport with a good shuttle service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay, not dirty, just run down. The morning breakfast is decent for muffins and bagels.”

“We booked a room with a bath and a king bed; we got a room with a shower, were sent to another with a shower, were sent to another that was discovered to have the carpet soaked with water. Were finally sent to a satisfactory room. Staff was not pleased; considered us, apparently, to be making the mistakes, though we were not the ones who failed to provide what we booked, and we did not soak the carpet with water. We were given the impression we should be satisfied with such conditions.”

“For the price, the hotel was great. The beds were comfortable. For the smoking rooms, it would be nice to have a fan or the windows to open.”

“The TV in my room was not working. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man. He could not repair. Night desk attendant told me to tell AM front desk people and they would make adjustment to bill. No room swap was offered to me. AM front desk people said they could not do anything because I booked thru you. My lodging amounted to $130.54 for one night and the manager, Ms. Pamela Sharps (410)789-9100, said that you should contact her. I feel that $100.00 FLAT would be acceptable for this inconvenience as I rely on TV to unwind me after a long flight and in the morning I want to be able to check traffic conditions, weather, and news. Please advise me ASAP of your handling.”
