• Good location and clean. friendly staff.
• Layout of room could have been built better. Someone coming out of restroom could hit someone with door if they were standing at sink.

• The location off the highway was great.
• No restaurants on site, had to walk outside.

“For the price, the hotel was great. The beds were comfortable. For the smoking rooms, it would be nice to have a fan or the windows to open.”

“The TV in my room was not working. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man. He could not repair. Night desk attendant told me to tell AM front desk people and they would make adjustment to bill. No room swap was offered to me. AM front desk people said they could not do anything because I booked thru you. My lodging amounted to $130.54 for one night and the manager, Ms. Pamela Sharps (410)789-9100, said that you should contact her. I feel that $100.00 FLAT would be acceptable for this inconvenience as I rely on TV to unwind me after a long flight and in the morning I want to be able to check traffic conditions, weather, and news. Please advise me ASAP of your handling.”
