• Location.
• Overall condition. Stayed in Dec, more cold air coming in the front door then coming our the heater.

“This hotel is in need of repairs especially in the guest rooms. Does not look like it has been updated in years.”

• Wireless internet worked.
• It was dirty and noisy.

“I didn't expect much out of this hotel, as we were only looking for an overnight place to sleep. But the facilities were poor, in bad condition, and not clean. The pool looked filthy, and the bathroom did not appear very clean. There was also a disco of some sort in the hotel bar, which doesn't do much to add to the place as a family friendly hotel.”

• I did not like anything about the hotel at all.
• It was dirty, run down, smelled. Absolutely gross!

“I would not even walk barefoot in the room or shower. There was mold in bathroom. Holes in the blanket which had a really bad odor. I kept my suitcase in my car because I was afraid that there would be roaches or other bugs that would make a home in my belongings. It is the nastiest place in the world I have ever seen.”

• The bar is loud and rowdy.
• The manager is rude.

“The manager was rude and they lied to us the whole time we were there . the place needs a overhaul it is the 70's look hotel except for the lobby and front entry .”

• Pool not working, no restaurant, unfriendly staff.

“We had small children who expected a pool to swim in, but the pool wasn't working. The game room was unkempt and dirty. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. The staff didn't offer a discount or apologize for the inconvenience. Would not recommend staying there or telling someone to stay there.”

• The young lady at the front desk made sure we had the type of room we needed.
• Unfortunate that the atrium is not accessible from guests' rooms, as in the past.

“Room was just fine. At our ages, and with some difficulty walking and hauling suitcases, being able to pull up close to our room is most helpful. Loved the tables and chairs set up in the atrium for the complimentary breakfast. Felt like I was sitting outside in a lovely garden. We'll be back next time we travel that direction.”
