“Hotel was nice, but we stayed on the second floor and there was no elevator. Getting the luggage in and out was a huge hassle.”

“Hotel is very conveniently located by a major highway, 2 gas stations and several places to eat. Hotel staff was very friendly, although I was lucky that a veteran staff member was available for questions and a better solution to my personal needs when I checked in as the girl who helped me seemed to not be as knowledgeable with procedures (she may have been new). The hotel needs some updating in their rooms. There was a noticeable patch in the bathroom where the towel rack must've been added or replaced and the mirror on the door had a loose, shifted plastic piece that holds the mirror onto the door, small things like that. I would've notified the hotel, but had to leave in a hurry to beat the bad weather that was on its way the day that I was leaving. The staff did not return to clean the room when they encountered one of my occupants in the shower and the dogs we had (which we took with us when we vacated the room for the day). They should've checked later to be sure the dogs were gone and cleaned the room while we were out. However, my overall stay was very good. The complimentary free hot breakfast was very good. All of the staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. It was a long walk to the dog friendly room, but the hotel was mostly handicapped accessible. My only negative comment about that is that you have to pass through a couple of doors to go from hallway to hallway (I am assuming they are fire doors). They are heavy although they opened well. However, a handicapped person in say a wheelchair might have a problem getting the door open to pass through without assistance as they are opened from the side and there is no handicapped auto open button on the walls. The snack machine was not full when I arrived in the evening, but was refilled sometime during the following afternoon. They seem to have plenty of room, but no indoor pool, only an outdoor pool that of course was not open while I was there since it was past the warm season. Their exercise.”

“We would recommend a stay at this hotel. Nice people, clean rooms, nice pool, nice lounge, but wouldn't suggest eating at the restaurant.”

“Overall the hotel met my expectations. The cocktail lounge and restaurant were nice bonuses. Slightly overpriced.”
