“My stay at Marriott Williamsburg is as wonderful as can be. The room is clean and the beds are cosy. Definitely recommended for anyone who wishes to have a good night rest.”

“Good experience. Room rate affordable. Would definitely try Priceline again. It was a Marriott that was older structurally. Inside was updated with nice bedding, a plus! Room service price extremely high for Williamsburg, VA. Entrees $29 + with 20% fee and taxes on top. If traveling for business, price is fine, but not for leisure. Not worth the cost.”

“While the hotel is in a lovely location, we were quite distressed with general upkeep of room 503, especially the bathroom. On our first evening, we contacted the front desk and advised them about a large open space in the corner of our shower (approximately inch separation between the two walls). It appeared caulk was missing and the edges were quite sharp. We also had two long brown hairs stuck to the ceramic tile in the shower as well as mold on the shower liner and ceiling. The front desk attendant asked if we would like someone to clean with a strong cleanser that evening. Since we were preparing for bed, we asked if the bathroom could have a thorough cleaning in the morning. When we arrived in our room on Saturday afternoon, the bathroom appeared to have a 'routine' cleaning since there was remaining dust on the glass shelves and spots on the mirror. Throughout our stay, we were never asked if we would like to change rooms.”

“This hotel was very close to the interstate with easy access, but laid out in such a way that our room was not near the highway and we didn't notice any road noise. The bed was very comfortable, but the room seemed a little dark. I don't know if it was the lighting or what it might have been. It was a good fit for what we needed: a comfortable bed, clean room, and easy access to the highway.”

“The overall quality is typical of the Marriott Brand. However, there was a major problem with running hot water that affected the entire hotel. We reported the problem on Saturday night and were promised that it would be corrected by the next morning. It was not, and we were not happy with this outcome.”

“This facility was gorgeous. They had a wonderful breakfast that you could have delivered to your room. The staff was friedly and very helpful. The pool was clean and inviting and there were lots of fresh towels available poolside, both indoor and outdoor. We had a wonderful time and felt really refreshed the next day.”

“Excellent location, friendly staff, room exceeded our expectations, you can't leave out the fact that it had the most comfortable bed ever. Late night drinks and food available after a long day and the breakfast buffet was also very good. There isn't one thing I would change about my visit except we wish we could have stayed longer.”

“This is a typical Mariott, all the amentties you could ask for, including a restaurant, a pub, and a cafe. Convienence is the biggest plus, this property is located under 5 minutes from Busch Gardens. Unfortunately or fortunately I guess they have been undergoing renovations for almost a year and the corridors to the rooms leave a great deal to be desired. Fortunately the lobby and main facilities are tastefully appointed along with spacious rooms. I recommend this hotel with its great customer service and full service facilities.”

“Overall it was a nice hotel but there were ants in the room. The ants got into our luggages. The bed had a sag in the middle. There was a large piece of plywood under the mattress for additional support but it didn't help.”

“The Williamsburg Marriott is very accessible to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country U.S.A. Our three children especially enjoyed the indoor-outdoor connected pool with hot tub. The pool-side food/drink service was nice after a hot day of sight-seeing. The lobby is well-appointed with fireplaces that are lit in the winter, and multiple seating arrangements for guests to gather. Our three nights were very quiet with none of the usual disturbances. Both of our recent stays have been enjoyable.”
