• Locks on the doors.
• Overall smell of the hotel and room.

“My main complaint of this hotel was that when I went to checkout in the morning, there was nobody manning the customer service counter to assist with checkout. Most importantly, there was no information available for taxi cabs to get to the airport. Luckily a cleaning lady who barely spoke English was able to help me find a taxi cab number. She was very helpful.”

• Got the feeling that the motel had a lot of crime there, didn't feel safe.

“Will not take the chance on a 1 star again was little short of money and was only there for a short nite of sleep before heading back out to work did seem safe or secure.”

• The staff and location was excellent.
• The TV in the room was small.

“For the trip I had I found the room comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to answer all my questions and helped me out tremendously. I'd recommend the hotel to everyone who's coming to stay in the area for more than a day.”

• Size of rooms wasn't bad, quiet.
• Cleanliness, dumb staff, no amenities, stained carpets.

“This hotel was filthy and smelled really bad. The shower and the toilet had mold and the bathroom was really cramped. It was fairly quiet but that's because no one wants to stay there. Even the pets don't want to stay there. Only a few channels on the TV which was also small.”

• Kitchenette area was convenient.
• You have to ask for shampoo, conditioner, etc.

“We arrived about an hour early and were able to check into the room, which was nice. The only issue was that the faucet to turn on the shower was some how pulled a few inches away from the wall. It took several minutes and dozens of turns to get the water to come on.”

• The night desk was dark but the l ands was very nice and checked me in.
• No hotel van, dirty toilet, room, sheets and hallway.

“Scary. Questionable guests. I would remove this hotel from your list.”

• Thin doors - I could hear everything.

“I requested a non-smoking room but the bedspread and blanket reeked of cigarette smoke making it uncomfortable to sleep. I could also smell cigarette smoke coming in from the hall. The TV was very small. I did like the size of the room and the kitchen.”

• Easy to find from highway.
• Hallways a little dark.

“Esa-suites/ lincithium were great for us. Roomy, clean and a very comfy bed. My husband and I were attending a fiber arts trade show, and we were near to one of our favorite restaurants. There was also a convenient breakfast place nearby. We'd definitely return!”

• No shuttle service, and does not smell clean.

“It was comfortable enough. I know that animals are allowed in this hotel, and it felt like that--carpets not real clean, and it had that kind of odor.”

• The hotel did not honor the "two bed" option, and charged us $20 extra for a second bed.

“Basic, comfortable, clean, in a good location. Good value, but be aware that they up charge $20 on arrival for a second bed.”

• Would not have been pleased if I had been expecting a very clean hotel.

“It's a solid cheap option for the business traveler, staff was helpful when needed, exceeded my expectations for comfort, met my expectations for cleanliness (which were not high expectations) I was very happy to be able to stay four nights near both dc and Baltimore in a livable room. ”
