“In all, decent place to stay for a quick night or two. Not offensive in the least as far as visuals go. The free breakfast was barely edible. The shuttle service is spotty at best and the front desk staff seemed highly disorganized.”

“We enjoyed this hotel. It offered all the services we needed. I was traveling with my husband on his business trip (that was not an option above). From the breakfast, to the shuttle to train, to employees attitude was excellent. On the day we arrived we needed ice to put in our to go cups. As an employee was on her way out (off duty) she said oh Ill get that out of the kitchen. With her coat and handbag ready to go home she went into the kitchen and got ice. I know she doesn't get paid enough to do that; the company must have an excellent incentive and customer service program. Room was great, food was good, and overall we liked it.”

“Our first impression was great. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful (she was there on Saturday 9/9 around 2:30pm when we checked in, and Sunday when we checked out).The room itself was nice, although we were missing the remote for the TV. They brought one up, but it didn't work right. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and roomy. The problem was that we took the shuttle to the light rail to get to Camden Yards in Baltimore for the baseball game. No problem on the way there. On the way back, there were severe miscommunication problems. We were told to take the light rail to BWI and call from there to be picked up. We weren't told to go to the upper deck to be picked up. So even after 4 phone calls, it took 2 hours for us to get picked up. It wasn't until the 4th call that she finally understood where we were and sent the shuttle to pick us up. It was only a 4-min ride back to the hotel once we got picked up. If I'd known we were that close, I would have walked. We got home so late (12:30am) and got very little sleep that night. We had to order pizza in our room since everything was closed. It almost ruined the entire trip.”
