• It is convenience, clean, breakfast OK. Just design structure no good.
• Just design structure no good. After check in. Have to go out to the room.

• Lounge was closed for repairs?. Tub could use a more thorough cleaning.

“Older property; needs some serious upgrading. Room was supposed to have a microwave & fridge, no microwave. Lots of restaurants nearby.”

• We had a problem with the keys & was locked out of our room, had to go 2 times to get in.

“With the key problem we had all they said was sorry about that, we had to eat breakfast separate so we could get in the room, otherwise was ok.”

“The rooms at this location were very clean and the staff at the hotel was very helpful to me. Immediately after I had booked the room I called the hotel and made a special request for a room that was easily accessable and on the first floor. Not only were the staff accommadating but they went the extra mile and brought a refrigerator into the room. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel.”
