• The staff is very accomodating. They will go out of their way to solve any problem.
• Hotel construction was going on at the time of my stay. Many areas of the lobby were closed.

“I stayed at the Marriott because I have relatives in the area. The room was very nice with
WiFi access. Access is free in lobby, but there is a charge between 9-12 dollars for 24 hour access in the room. The beds are outstanding! The indoor pool was very nice. There was a lifeguard on duty during all pool hours. Overall, the stay was very pleasurable. Marriott BWI is one of my top picks when visiting Maryland.”

• Marriott beds are the best.
• Car got broken into in the hotel lot. There's no security at all out there.

“The hotel itself is fine, but my car got broken into in the hotel parking lot. While the hotel was nice about it, make sure you don't leave your valuables or anything that might indicate you have valuables in the car. Also, considering that there have been a string of break-ins in the area, I wish the hotel had warned me ahead of time that there had been some incidents recently and recommended that anyone with a car take appropriate precautions.”

• Location to airport. Nice clean. Sports bar attached to hotel.
• Internet charge of $13 night.

• The staff was friendly. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed ever!
• Only one washer and one dryer for guest use.

“The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was not ready early, so we spent a relaxing time in the sports restaurant while we waited. The beds were amazingly comfortable! If Internet access were free, this hotel would be perfect.”

“The BWI Marriot was an excellent choice hotel.It was very comfortable and it had all the amenities that are need when you stay in a hotel.And the room and the pool was beautiful.I would defintley stay here again I give this hotel a thumbs up.”

• Great pool, reasonably priced food at Champions.
• Poor service at Champions.

“Very nice hotel, great pool with a lifeguard, and very close to BWI with frequent shuttle service. Champions was great for kids and adults, reasonably priced and good food but the service was poor. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.”

• I really liked the service and the convenient location of this hotel.
• The beds were not firm I tried 4 rooms and all of the beds were saggy.

“I loved everything about this hotel except the saggy beds. It is my preference for 3.5 star hotels to have firm beds. It's always easier to make a bed softer than it is to make a bed firmer.”

• Common areas are well-kept.
• Service in Champions is horrible (again).

“I have now stayed at this hotel 3 times, and the service at Champions (the sports bar) has been bad each and every time. But you can't beat their location.”

• Staff at the pool was not professional & water cold. Room service was not the best.

• They were great from check in to check out. Very nice, very clean. Would recommend highly.
• The pool was a little cold.

“Loved it, would recommend to anyone. Great for kids, restaurants in lobby. Clean from lobby to bathroom. Updated rooms. Great place to stay when using BWI airport, too. Courtesy shuttle was great and you can leave your car there for a fee.”

• The pool and hot tub are amazing and the beds are super comfy.
• No continental breakfast.

“I have stayed in several hotels in this area and I have to say that this one is my favorite. The workout area is amazing, the pool and hot tub are great, the beds are so comfortable and the complimentary toiletries are from Bath & Body Works so they are actually something I would use.”

• Lobby bartender.
• Concierge lounge was closed mid-day.

“A very nice place. Cool pool area, hot tub. Champions lounge is drab. Shuttle to airport is very nice and convenient. Staff is very friendly.”

• When my husband and I checked into the hotel the desk manager
  offered us
  a nice room because we were newlyweds!
• Champion's the food place in the hotel wasn't the best place to eat.

“I enjoyed my stay at the Marriott. The room was very clean, you could also eat at any of the 2 restaurants in the hotel. Only 1 mile away from BWI. Our stay was great! Excellent and friendly staff.”

• Very comfortable bed and excellent flat screen TV. The gym was convenient.
• Could not lower the heat in the room. Room did not have a safe.

“Enjoyed our stay at the BWI Marriott very much.
The area is convenient to the area our son lives in and to Baltimore. The price was excellent and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”
