• Great staff, comfy & cute.
• Rugs, ceiling dated.

“I would recommend to anyone. Clean and accomodating. Older motel, could use some new carpeting and ceiling in rooms. Will stay again.”

• Convenient.
• Wet carpets.

“The hotel was convenient for our one night stay before a day at Busch Gardens. The floor near the A/C unit was soaked and the tub didn't drain, these were the only draw backs.”

• Very spacious clean cute atmosphere nice continental breakfast.
• Water in shower would keep changing from hot to cold.

“Walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg and several really good restaurants. I would definitely stay there again, and plan to do so next year.”

• Price, closeness to Busch gardens and other attractions.
• Shortage of amenities and only one exit/enter way.

“This hotel was nice, fairly quite, close to major attractions and clean. However I did not like the parking lot, it only had one small entrance/exit driveway and was difficult to get into during high traffic hours. Should offer more amenities such as maybe a small game room, more vending machines and larger breakfast area.”

• I was very pleased. The location was very convenient to.
• The facility was old and showing its age, needed to be updated.

• Location was pretty good for getting to Busch Gardens.
• The room wasn't as clean as it could be. Black hair was found in the bathroom.

“It was a great location but it could have been a lot cleaner. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom (tube, floor, toilet). Also, the ceiling was quite dirty. Made me wonder just how dirty the floors were. Other than that, everything else was good.”

• The hotel was one floor only. The room was spacious.
• Small bathroom. Didn't change the sheets during our 5 night stay.

“The hotel was conveniently located. We ate breakfast every morning, the dining area was small and usually crowded. The staff was friendly anytime we talked to them.”

• Room was large.
• Bathroom and TV small.

“Older facility. Not a hotel--a motel format. Limited breakfast items and space. Cramped bathroom. Small TV for room size. Could do a much better job of promoting how close it is to Colonial Williamsburg. Have an FAQ on Colonial Williamsburg to push this as a prime location (only a few blocks away). It needs to promote close by restaurants and gas stations better in it's room guide.”
