• Convenient location.
• Phone in room was broken.

“Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Both phones in the room were broken and the staff was slow to respond to our requests for repair.”

• Clean and bright.
• Nothing to accommodate families with children. Charged for every extra.

“This hotel looked like a 3 star but had no amenities so it felt like a budget hotel. They charged for extras like cribs and microwaves that are complimentary in many 2.5 to 3 star hotels. Definitely not the place to stay for guest with children or special needs.”

• Problem in bathroom, lights and water running.

“Light did not light in bathroom. Water kept running in toilet. These things should be seen by the maids when they clean the rooms daily.”

• Cleanliness, nice staff.

“Hotel was real nice clean, room was real clean. Only thing I did not like was no refrigerator or microwave until I asked. Asked for one at noon and finally got one at 8:30 P.M. after calling several times.”

“No response to room concerns (i.e. broken toilet and falling ceiling) musty, damp carpets. Dirty common areas.”

• The room was arranged in a very functional way and was very attractive.
• There is really next to no food available.

“The staff was friendly and the room was very attractive and well arranged. There were very few 'extras' as far as food, hot tubs, etc (that is not offered) at this location.”

• Frequent shuttle service.
• Biz centre computers old, not ergonomic set up.

“Good for quick access to airport and shuttle can drop you off at train/bus station nearby. Business center could use some upgraded computers and better furniture so that the keyboard is not so high.”

• Unfriendly front desk clerk.

“This is an old Holiday Inn with outdated amenities (television sets, poor mattresses, poor decor) but clean. Not my best experience. Expected more.”

• The staff, the rooms presentation.
• Location a bit far from downtown Baltimore.

“This hotel is great for those airport-bound business travelers. They have a great business center for printing along with a printer in the lobby for boarding passes. As a leisure traveler, it was a bit outside of the Inner Harbor, but really only 15 minutes which is certainly manageable. The staff was extra friendly. I arrived at noon since I was in the area and to verify my room. They offered me to check in early, accommodated for my room requests, and even let me use the lobby for internet without checking in. The rooms were very clean and well presented. Not much for kids here, but great for adult travelers.”

• In dire need of an update!

“Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby seems fine, but hallways and rooms have a tired, worn-out appearance. My room smelled kind of funny -sort of a moldy smell that one gets used to after a few minutes. I only ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and while the server was very friendly the food was mediocre at best.”

• Snow white linen on the bed and in the bathroom. Friendly staff was very helpful and courteous, very professional.
• The only negative thing I can come up with is that both washers and dryers were on the blink other than that I enjoyed my trip.

“Close to freeways gas station, good food. I would recommend others to stay there. They will be renovating starting this fall, can't wait to see the new and improved.”

• The staff was very professional and friendly. Great customer service.
• The carpet in the hallway lobby needs cleaning & the seats (Upholstery) in the restaurant need to be cleaned.

“Overall my stay was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I was greeted every time I ran into a staff member in the hallway or lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family, friends & business associates.”

• The location was great for traveling into the Inner Harbor.
• Shuttle bus service was a little slow at night.

“The hotel was clean and well equipped. There was an outdoor pool for relaxing during the day. Convenient location to the Inner Harbor by either light rail or car. Shuttle bus service to the light rail is available.”

“We walked in to a run-down lobby filled with obnoxious NY Yankee fans and almost left right away. The room was clean and decent and the pool was fantastic for the kids. Would definitely stay here again. The lobby needs to be updated.”
