“Staff member is to be commended. I called her from the road and let her know I would be arriving late, however my college student daughter was in Baltimore and needed to get in the room before I arrived. She let her check in to the room ant then I checked in when I arrived. I truly enjoyed my stay here.”

“This Holiday Inn is convenient to the airport and local offices. They have all of the basic amenities a business traveler expects; conference rooms, business facilities, bar, restaurant, but the hotel falls in a couple areas. My room reeked of smoke blended with carpet-fresh. This is the second time out of four stays at this hotel that my room reeked of smoke. It appears they don't strongly enforce their non-smoking room policy. That's a frequent problem with budget hotels, and is why I rate this hotel 2.5 stars. Parking is a bit tight too. It feels like they shoehorned a large hotel into a small space.”

“The deadbolt does not work. They then transferred me another room where the inside lock is missing the counterpart so it does not work. Otherwise the hotel is fine.”

“I was disappointed in the customer service at this hotel. The first room we were in had no hot water in the shower. When we informed the front desk on our way out, they assured us that it would be fixed by the time we came back. When we did come back, we asked first and again they said that it had been fixed. However, it was not. After several complaints, they finally moved us to another room where the remote control for the TV did not work. After all of our trouble, we weren't even offered a free movie, cocktail, nothing.. This was a pretty bad experience.”

“Only charged $5 per day for parking auto during trip-excluded night stayed. Restaurant food was great! Salad was huge and Philly chicken steak to die for! Staff was polite, friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again pre-flight and take advantage of the parking. It's too bad the pool is outside, but for the money I couldn't have been more pleased.”

“The hotel was under construction, so it looked a bit rundown in some places, but the new room we were in was nicely furnished and clean. The maid service came the first night and cleaned our room spotless, and the staff at the hotel was very friendly. Don't order room service later at night though, as the person I placed the order with was short toned and rude. If you are traveling in the area this place is great, but if you don't plan to rent a car this hotel is not extremely close to downtown Baltimore.”
