“Went there with the family, 2 teenage girls and husband, taking the chance of a bad weather, decided to go anyway and if it rain just stayed in the Hotel and hang out in the pool. Got there and the pool was closed for the day. Asked for the Jacuzzi and was closed for the day. Very dissapointed, that was the reason I choose the Hotel, but we were very fortunate to find a room at the Hotel Hershey and just for a few more dollars, we were able to enjoy with so many amenities that Hotel has to offer.”

• The room was nice and cool.
• There were only 2 luggage carts. We had to wait along time at check in and check out.

“The hotel was clean and had friendly staff members. The beds were comfortable and I would recommend a friend to stay here.”

• The staff was helpful and rooms sufficient but small.
• The room was very small and the TV not viewable from all seating areas.

“The hotel was adequate however could be improved. The room was very small and just average. The breakfast was very disappointing with inadequate seating.”
