• The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast is better than other places I've been to.
• The pool needs a lot of maintenance.

“My stay was short but for the price it was a good value, rooms were clean and staff was helpful, my only concern was that the pool area was not well maintained other than that it was ok. I think I will come back again!”

• Location, ease of checkout, it had a continental breakfast.
• Lack of working smoke detector in room, broken fire sprinkler in room, exposed wires in room.

“I would not stay at this hotel again. There were exposed wires coming from the wall and left sitting in a corner of the room. The smoke detector was also just wired hanging from the device and the sprinkler head was broken. The one bar of soap was barely big enough for one shower and there were two of us. It was not replaced for the second day we stayed there.”

• In poor condition.

“Not a bad location, short staffed, pool in need of repair. Room was fairly clean. I would not stay again with a family. Maybe good for adult traveler or business traveler.”

• We got excellent advice about Hershey Park discounts.
• It was not as clean as I had hoped and the pool was cloudy. I had to bring my own extra pillows to my room.

“The people working there were nice. The soda machines were not full and some were not working. The ice machines were not clean, I would not get ice from them. The pool was cloudy. The room was pretty clean but getting a little run down. The elevator had a nasty smell.”

• Very convenient to the park, friendly staff, good price.
• The breakfast eating area very small and fills fast.

“Overall this hotel served its purpose. We were in town for the Jonas Brothers concert and Hershey Park and a lot of other places were 150 -400. I would go back.”

“Hotel is located with easy access to I-81 and Hershey Park. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited but still good. They have coffee and juice available all day.”

• Rooms were dirty, bed was uncomfortable, rooms were small.

“The hotel is close to Hershey Park. But stay at the hotel next to this one. It has bigger rooms and cleaner rooms. The rooms here are small, the bed is uncomfortable, and feels dirty to me, trashcan in the whole room. I will not stay at this hotel again. I will stay at the adjacent hotel the next time I visit Hershey Park.”

• It was close to Hershypark Stadium.
• Broken drain, broken air conditioner, stinky elevator!

“Not the staff's fault by any means, the front desk staff was extremely friendly, which was much appreciated after an hour drive there. When we got to our room, I wanted to brush my teeth, the sink drain would not work, had to brush my teeth in the shower. Then after returning from a concert we went to, we were so hot & wanted the air conditioner on. It did not work. The only other thing was, that the elevator was stinky! Overall, if the drain & the air conditioner would have worked, it was not a bad place. I might stay there again in the future, may be just had a bad room this time around!”

• Rooms were not sounding secure.

“The hotel was new like condition but poor construction, you could hear in other rooms and we were in late and made common noise eating our pizza then a call came from the front desk we were loud. Now no one should have even heard us if we were in a good hotel room.”

• Indoor pool area needs renovations. Need softer pillow cases.

• The hotel was clean and convenient to Hershey Park.
• The water pressure was terrible and the water did not stay hot for very long.

“The over all experience was good. My children enjoyed the pool. The hotel was very close to Hershey Park and other Hershey attractions. I would go back again.”

• The only I like was 1 lady that actually help us because the other staff don't help at all.
• Dirt, smells, mouse in room, pool not clean, dirt towel everywhere, and the staff do not help you.

• It had a nice vibe. I was ready for a good time and the room was comfy.
• Same thing with all hotels, horrible patterns on blankets and what not, but no biggie.

“Pretty basic, very clean. The girl at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable, she didn't really smile. But I still had a good time there.”
