• Friendly helpful staff.
• Breakfast buffet could have more variety - but hey, it's free.

• Air conditioning worked well.
• Several housekeeping problems.

“Location was excellent for William and Mary campus. Front desk clerks were friendly. Continental breakfast was mediocre. Room amenities - fridge, microwave, iron, coffee pot were nice, but housekeeping was, apparently, off for the summer. There was neither soap nor shampoo in room except some previous occupant's used soap in shower, there were two cups half-filled with a rancid liquid, the coffee pouches were Decaf only.”

• The bed was big and very comfy. They had all the comforts of home the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very spacious and clean.
• They need a gym.

• Cheap.
• No smoking room was smoky, no cell signal & very expensive in room long distance.

“Even non-smoking rooms very smoky. Not terribly clean. No cell phone signals inside rooms and long distance calling was ridiculous: $26 for a 15 minute in state call. Said on phone that sprint was the long distance carrier, but turned out to be subcontracted to an overseas company that showed up on the credit card. It is inexpensive, but bewares. If you cannot stand smoke, stay elsewhere!”

• Perfectly located to attractions we wanted to visit.
• Ceiling stucco needs improvement.

“Our experience was very good. The location is perfect for many of the attractions and restaurants and other entertainment areas. Very quiet and tranquil.”

• The breakfast.
• Almost everything.

“The bathrooms wasn't very clean, the air condition was leaking water all over the floor and was soaking wet. The bed was uncomfortable. I have stayed at Days inn before and this was the worse.”

• The hotel was very clean, and near a lot of restaurants. I love the fact that it was located close to a shopping outlet. I enjoy this get away.
• The bathroom was too small. Could have used a larger bathroom or sink area separate from bathroom.

“I will recommend this hotel for a quit get away. Or a short stayed.”

• Great location; family friendly; clean, large pool; kind staff; good complimentary breakfast.
• No pool towels provided; no elevator for 2nd floor.

“This is a great hotel if you are visiting Colonial Williamsburg with a family. It is less than a mile from the park and not a bad walk if you are in decent shape. The room was very clean and I felt very safe staying there as a woman traveling alone with my 10 year old daughter. It is very close to lots of family-friendly restaurants. Most of the guests were families.”
