  • Close to our activities.
  • Older hotel that claims the Hampton Inn name - not nearly what we expect from a Hampton Inn.

“This was an old hotel that Hampton Inn took over. It was very much in need of a makeover. The room was clean enough but the bathroom was very old, with falling tiles, stained tub, very small. We arrived the day after Ernesto when the city had very little electricity. When I called to inquire about the state of the hotel, the clerk said, "If I get another one of these calls I'm going to scream!" Not too interested in customer service!”

  • Good Location - close to dining, attractions etc.
  • Graffiti in the elevator and visible on walls in room where it had been painted over. Manager was rude.

“One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Poorly maintained and the most disrespectful, rude manager I've ever run across. Maybe it's better now, stayed there in Summer 2004.”
