• I liked having a hair dryer and coffee pot in the room.
• I did not like having an outside entrance, the bareness of the room, and having no fan in the bathroom.

• The staff was friendly and the lobby and unit was clean.
• Needed a furniture update.

• Breakfast was good.
• Beds uncomfortable, pillows not clean, bathroom not thoroughly cleaned.

• Walking distance hooters kmart.
• Pool was dirty and the game room need work.

• It was in a good area surounded by stores and restaurants.
• Put in for a wake up call and never got it

• Comfortable beds and enough TV channels to find something to watch for the evening.
• I hate that the sink was separate from the rest of the bathroom.

“The beds were comfortable; the cable reception was decent and had enough channels to find something to watch. The continental breakfast wasn't bad, enough to get us started for the day.”

• Location and friendly staff.
• Rooms were old and dark.

“Ok for just a night or two- room was dark- no refrigerator, microwave, or spa even though the description said there would be all of these things.”

• location was near to all attractions
• filthy, moldy door frames, damp mold smell, dark, like sleeping in a damp basement

“Staff was very nice and accomodating but the rooms were full of mold. All of the linens smelled of mold and you had to keep the room so cold so the mold smell would not be as bad.”

• The location was very convenient, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

“If you are needing an inexpensive place to stay in Williamsburg, this hotel will fit your needs. The hotel was clean, conveniently located to many attractions, restaurants, and highways, and I had no problems with the hotel. It isn't a fancy place, but one would not expect fancy with an inexpensive hotel.”

• Very accomidating.got into town early and took us in

“We were traveling 6 hours and got into town at 5 am. she gave us a room for two weary traverlers. the night shift person did not have to let us in until 3 pm. and they let us in early. this will want us to come back”

• Mold on the walls, on the showerhead and an exposed outlet.

“AAA rated this place 3 stars and I thought that was 2 1/2 stars too many. I pulled out the couch to plug in my hair dryer and found mold on the wall. The shower head had mold on it and one of the outlets did not even have a cover on it. And the pool was STILL not open. We will never stay in this hotel again.”
