• It's location and price.
• The smell, cleanliness, and staff.

“Location is great and price is awesome. Rooms smell and are muggy and humid. Hallways are scary, and staff could care less about your comfort. We had no towels in the room at all, and the front desk made me walk 4 floors to get the towels. No one would bring them up. Room was very cheaply remodeled and parts of the wallpaper were coming off where they covered the door to an old adjacent room.”

• Free breakfast.
• The pool was closed for cleaning on Monday and that was the only day we were staying.

“The hotel was not bad in all but we were looking forward to using the pool. The only day we stayed was the day the pool had to be cleaned but I never saw anyone cleaning it. We had to check out the next morning so we never got to use the pool. That was one of the reasons we were staying there for my daughters sake.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• It was in a questionable area and the breakfast room was very small for the people it holds.

“Overall this hotel was a good value. The banquet room is on the second floor so anyone on the first floor gets the noise from late night banquets. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the area it is situated is not very close to the Convention Center or the local attractions and it can be difficult to navigate the roads to get there. I would look for a closer larger facility to stay in that area again.”
