• Location.

“Hotel is located right in the ghetto. After meeting locals, they told me to not go out at night. It's a $30 cab ride downtown or anywhere else I went. Hotel had the worst continental breakfast, I walked across the street to Dunkin Doughnuts every morning. Also the TV cable choices were limited to 15 or so channels, thank God the Olympics were on.”

• The location was convenient and safe.
• The room was clean but run down. There did not seem to be enough staff people.

“Overall, it was a clean and safe experience, but I would definitely say that it was closer to economy than moderate. I would give it one and a half stars. The staff was friendly and helpful but there was always a wait to get help. Some of the other guests were one star people and that brought the experience down quite a bit.”
