• Location.
• Ugly facility, crumbling stairs, crumbling ceiling and
  dirty bathroom.

“This hotel was like the Bates hotel, in fact that is what my children called it. It was very ugly, unkempt, crumbling stairs that were patched over with a cheap dirty carpet, loud train that went by about every 30 minutes. No dining area, the pool was so dirty I never went in it nor did I allow my children in it. I will never stay at another super 8.”

• Quick chek in and check out.
• Train came by at least 5 times in the night and sounded horn many times as it passed.

“The motel staff was friendly and that is about all I can say nice about it. There was mildew in the bathroom. During the night there were about 5-7 trains that passed and the tracks are very close to the motel. The trains sounded there horns at least three times each. I am a heavy sleeper but this made it impossible to get any rest. The beds were hard but that is to be expected from this level of cheap motel.”

• Easy to get to, nice clean rooms.
• Very noisy neighbors, loud train nearby on regular intervals.

“This hotel was easy to get to and has nice clean rooms. However, it has loud trains nearby on regular intervals and I was stuck next to very noisy neighbors that seemed to never sleep. The train didn't really bother me as I am used to them from home, but the neighbors were bothersome.”

• Nothing it was disgusting and we started getting sick from the mold and I have pictures of that and the filth.
• All the mold and that we did not get one thing that the hotel was suppose to have or provide.

• Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
• It was a motel and attracted some party teenagers who made noise at 1 AM. Reeked of cigarettes.

“Pool looks nice, did not use. Hotel staff very friendly. Very low budget travel stay. Great for people who only use the room for sleeping and spend most of their time out and about.”

• We really enjoyed the pool at the hotel, and just the fact we had a place to rest when our day was done.
• We did not like the noise level at night because of the train that ran behind the hotel at least 5 times a night, blowing its horn.

“The hotel was comfortable and is good for those traveling on business, or for people who are passing through. We would recommend staying there but only for a short period of time.”

• Close to attractions, easy to get to, friendly staff.
• Needed more lights around parking garage, no iron in room, pool location is somewhat out of the way.

“Could use a little update, but served our purpose well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to our attractions and easy access to roads and restaurants.”

• Clean room and a reasonable price.
• Very hard beds, train right behind hotel, ran all night.

“The room was exactly what we expected for the price. The rooms were small, but clean. The mattresses were as hard as rocks and there was a train that ran right behind the hotel that went all night. If you are there, however, just to sleep and shower, it is an ok hotel.”

• Very cost effective!
• The mattresses were very uncomfortable.

“For travelers who like to save a little bit of money, the Super 8 Pottery is a fantastic! It is close enough to shopping, attractions and food establishments. The only downfall we could find was that the mattresses were not very comfortable.”

• The location, it was close to Busch Gardens and had internet.
• The road in front of the hotel is very busy even at night, trucks pass by very loud.

“This hotel is only for sleeping; the bathroom was very small, the chair in the room had a broken leg and the mattress was old because it was sinking in the middle. So for the price and location it was okay.”

• Very affordable.
• Exterior of building needed to be better kept (stairs were dirty).

“Overall, the hotel met my expectations. We were only there to sleep, and that is exactly what we were looking for from this hotel. Rooms are not overly decorated, but enough to fit everyone comfortably. Very reasonably priced, and close to the local attractions (15 minute drive to Busch Gardens). The one thing I thought could use a mention though, there is a train track right behind the building, and there are trains coming through at all hours. Not enough to be obnoxious, but it would wake a light sleeper.”

• It was very clean and seemed to be located in a decent neighborhood.
• I had requested a smoking room and got a non smoking room. Had to go outside to smoke.

“The hotel was clean which accounts for a lot with me. I was expecting a dining area for breakfast but there was none. They had little donuts and coffee in lobby. They gave me a non smoking room when I had wanted a smoking room. I don't have any complaints because it was basically a place where we could sleep after having a hectic day in Busch Gardens.”

• Close to my destination.
• Towels in room smelled like smoke very bad.

“The hotel was closer to our destination then we thought, and the lady who checked us in was very nice. There were 2 problems with the room and that was the hair dryer didnt work and there were only 2 big towels in the room and one smelled like it had been in a room full of smoke. It had obviously not been used in a while because bleach would have definitely taken the smell out of it.”

“The pictures of the hotel are nothing of what the hotel actually looks like inside or out. I requested a smoking room with poolside view. We get there, where is the pool? and they gave us none smoking room. The train ran allot make loud noises couldn't sleep and the bed was so uncomfortable.”

“For the price it was ok. It was helpful in providing an inexpensive trip for my children- but honestly the beds were horrible, they really felt like institution beds and you could hear the box springs crack and squeak.”

• Not much, the price was even high for a 1 star.
• Poor wireless internet service. A dingy little place.

“I wanted to rearrange my accommodations from 2 rooms for 1 night to 1 room for 2 nights, the hotel was unwilling to work with me, even though the rates were the same, but they still wanted to give the spare room I paid for to someone else. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to anyone else.”

• I did not like anything about this hotel.
• The room was so dirty, not good for travel with children.

“The entire hotel condition was very dirty and bad. It is not suitable at all stay with kids. We found bed bugs in the bed too. When I told the hotel staff, they did not even come to check. I will not refer any one about this hotel.”
